With the advent of the Internet era,the pace of educational informatization reform is also gradually accelerating,the new era has put forward new requirements for talent training.In April 2018,The Ministry of Education of China issued the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan",which will become a major measure to realize the modernization of Education in China.The basic foothold of education informatization lies in the informatization of classroom and teaching activities.How we should make good use of modern information technology,in combination with the characteristics of the discipline,creatively to complete the teaching activities,make the visualization of classroom teaching,diversification of teaching methods,interactive classroom teaching,education informationization thus truly will be implemented to the actual subject teaching,let students' personalized development achieved,is one of the important problems facing our teacher.In recent years,as one of the new forms of teaching resources,microlesson has gradually appeared in classroom teaching.Micro class can help students concentrate and stimulate their interest in learning by increasing the interest and interaction of class.By presenting teaching content vividly and concretely,it can promote students' in-depth understanding of knowledge,which has advantages that conventional classroom does not have.It can be seen that the application of micro-class is one of the reliable ways to promote the informationization development of teaching activities.This study adopts five research methods,including literature research and design research,to carry out the following six aspects of research:The first part is the introduction,which is to understand the research background and status quo of the development and application of microlesson teaching resources by reading relevant literature at home and abroad,determine the purpose and content of the research,and preliminarily formulate the research ideas.The second part is the literature review,including the definition of concepts and the discrimination of related concepts,sorting out the constructivism theory,lifelong learning theory,cognitive load theory and other five theories used in this study,laying a theoretical foundation for the research.The third part is the current situation survey,mainly through the form of questionnaire and interview to investigate teachers' production and use of micro-lessons,according to the data analysis of the development and application of micro-lessons,providing a practical basis for the advancement of research.The fourth part introduces the steps of micro-lesson design and development,summarizes the design principles of micro-lesson according to the teaching needs of front-line teachers,and divides the micro-lesson into knowledge explanation class,experimental operation class and summary and expansion class.In this study,the knowledge content of compulsory 1 Chapter 5 "Energy Supply and Utilization of cells" was selected for the design and development of micro lessons.On the basis of analyzing the teaching materials and understanding the students' cognitive level,various teaching activities of micro-lesson are designed and the script of micro-lesson is written.In the end,we use the master software of Multicolor animation to make and improve the micro lesson according to the script.The fifth part is the implementation and evaluation of the class,two parallel classes as the research object of this study,as a auxiliary teaching experimental classes using micro teaching resources,another as that in comparative classes to carry out the routine teaching,through questionnaires for students,interviews of teachers and students of the midterm test scores,and other dimensions to evaluate effect of micro class.After analysis,the evaluation results are obtained: the vast majority of students hold a positive attitude towards the improvement of learning effect of micro-lesson teaching resources and are satisfied with the perception and experience of micro-lesson;Teachers hold a relatively acceptable attitude towards the effectiveness of micro-lesson assisted classroom teaching.The average score of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class and there is a significant difference.The sixth part is the summary and prospect.Firstly,the research results of this study are listed: 1.The production of micro lessons should follow the principles of miniaturization,scientific nature,interactivity,interest and efficiency;2.Four micro-lesson teaching resources have been made to assist compulsory 1 chapter 5 "Energy Supply and Utilization of cells";Iii.The steps of making micro-lesson teaching resources on the Master platform of Multicolor Animation are sorted out.
