In response to the needs of national development,the cultivation of high-quality engineering talents has attracted more and more attention,which is inconsistent with the current phenomenon of gap in engineering education in primary and secondary schools and colleges.The rise of STEM education in the United States and the dissemination of related concepts of K-12 engineering education have made domestic scholars focus on the localization and foundation of engineering education.The related concepts of engineering thinking have been added to the general technology course of high school,and engineering thinking has been regarded as one of the core qualities that students need to cultivate.Therefore,for high school students,we need to pay attention to the cultivation of their engineering thinking.From the perspective of physics,the core literacy of physics is closely related to the characteristics of engineering,and the two are also complementary in teaching.Physical knowledge provides the theoretical basis and scientific guarantee for engineering activities,and students can practice physical knowledge through engineering activities,then increase their interest in physics learning.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to promote high school students to develop good habits of engineering thinking and integrate the cultivation of habits of engineering thinking into high school physics teaching.This paper aims to construct a high school physics teaching strategy based on the cultivation of habits of engineering thinking through literature research,investigation and action research.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts of habits of engineering thinking,and proposes that the engineering thinking habit in senior high school is the basic characteristics and tendencies of solving problems in engineering situations from the perspective of engineers,including four aspects:systematic,critical,creative and strategic.Secondly,a questionnaire survey is conducted between students and physics teachers.The survey results show that students habits of engineering thinking are shallow and incomplete,teachers engineering literacy is weak,and they do not pay enough attention to the emerging STEM education.Finally,this paper analyzes the curriculum standards and teaching materials of high school physics in the Peoples Education Press version,and to mine engineering materials;and it shows the design of teaching strategies for integrating habits of engineering thinking into high school physics classroom,starting from two aspects of activity classroom and theoretical classroom,under the guidance of related theories of engineering thinking and on the basis of classroom observation.In the active classroom,teachers ought to expand physics teaching experiments to guide students to make teaching aids,and carry out physics teaching projects,then appropriately add engineering production.In theoretical classes,teachers ought to research teaching materials in depth,then design engineering problems reasonably,organize the creation of engineering situations to arouse students interest in learning,and appropriately carry out engineering exercises to guide students in engineering design.This paper combines the cultivation of habits of engineering thinking with "homemade simple direct-current electromotor " in the activity class and "the prevention and utilization of static electricity" in the theoretical class under the guidance of strategies,according to the characteristics of high school physics teaching,then the teaching design is given.The end of this paper is a summary and prospect of the results of this research,hoping to further strengthen the theoretical research and broaden the scope of theoretical research,choose a variety of investigation research and scientifically analyze the current situation of students,and reasonably enrich teaching methods and organize teaching practice.
