Labor education,rooted in Chinese traditional culture,is of great importance to students' growth and development.Therefore,both our party and government have attached great importance to labor education.The course of Morality and Law is the leading ways to carry out the moral education in junior high school which can guarantee a bright future for students when integrated with labor education.Labor education should be based on the Marxist concept of labor education,and explore the unique value of labor education integrating Morality and Law.However,the implementation of labor education in Morality and Law of junior high schools is still in the stage of exploration and improvement,and there are many shortcomings.Therefore,investigating and researching this will help junior high schools to clarify the importance of labor education in the cultivation of Chinese students' core literacy,and to explore the complex factors that cause labor education to be weakened and alienated in junior high school Morality and Law.Therefore,this paper studies the problems such as the periodic law that junior high school labor education cannot jump out of the traditional labor form and the cultivation countermeasures.Using the method of questionnaire survey and teacher interview,from the perspective of core literacy,several middle schools in Zhangqing Township,Yuci District,Shanxi Province.As an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of labor education in the teaching of " Morality and Law " in junior high schools.The results of the study show that the effect of labor education in " Morality and Law " in junior high schools has not reached expectations,and there are still some problems in the operation and application of labor education.For example,the guarantee of labor education resources is insufficient,the school lacks a systematic labor education system,students have misunderstandings about labor concepts,the social development of labor education plans is not clear,and the evaluation system does not conform to the trend of the new era.In view of the current situation shown by the research,from the perspective of core literacy,we should integrate the teaching of ethics and the rule of law in junior high schools,guide students to change their labor concepts under the guarantee and systematic planning of the government and the school,and actively participate in off-campus and internal labor,so as to improve the effectiveness of labor education.According to the investigation and analysis,combined with the Morality and Law courses in junior high schools and the diversified requirements of middle school students'core literacy,corresponding suggestions are put forward from the government,family and society,and relying on schools:junior high schools should improve the labor literacy of junior high school students through the courses of ethics and the rule of law.,extracurricular development guides the labor behavior of junior high school students;family level encourages parent-child labor,strengthens parents' own labor education,nurtures junior high school students' labor emotions,leads children to participate in labor,and guides junior high school students' labor behavior.Labor is a part of practice where people take on intellectual challenges and share achievements,making labor education truly nourish the lives of students who can be awakened and motivated by a strong internal drive through labor education.It is of significance that middle school students can show and develop their talents in working in the future.
