Labor literacy,as the core content of labor education,strengthening the cultivation of students ' labor literacy,can help students to buckle the first button of life,lay a foundation for the growth of young people,and lay the saving power for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the critical period of the formation of middle school students ' values,based on the moral and law class,the main position of education,the cultivation of labor literacy into the moral and law class teaching of junior middle school,which plays an important role that cannot be ignored in cultivating the good labor quality of teenagers.In order to better improve students ' labor quality,this paper studies the problems of the teaching and the cultivation countermeasures,through the use of questionnaire empirical research method to present the labor literacy into junior high school moral and rule of law teaching cultivation status.The results show that the cultivation of labor literacy into junior high school moral and rule of law teaching is not optimistic,students' labor quality is generally not high,and their labor consciousness,concept,skills and habits need to be improved.In view of the present situation of the research,this paper explores the problems and causes of the integration of labor literacy into the teaching of moral and rule of law course in junior high school,It is found that there are some problems in the integration of labor literacy into the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle schools,such as teachers' inaccurate grasp of the goals and contents of labor literacy education,single teaching methods,inadequate utilization of resources,imperfect evaluation mechanism and so on.According to the conclusions of the investigation,this study proposes the strategy of strengthening education literacy into the morality and rule of law,exploring educational resources,improving teaching methods,creating a good atmosphere and optimizing teaching evaluation:First,teachers update the concept of education and integrate the cultivation of labor literacy into the educational concept of cultivating people by virtue;Second,teachers make full use of teaching materials resources and relevant resources in life to enrich the cultivation content of labor quality;Third,in the process of teaching,the use of emotional teaching method,case teaching method and organizational practice activities and other teaching methods,to create an interesting,ideological and political appeal of labor literacy cultivation classroom;Fourth,strengthen the construction of hard environment and soft environment,create a good atmosphere,and imperceptibly improve students ' labor quality;Fifth,in the process of teaching,a variety of evaluation methods are adopted to improve the scientific nature of labor literacy evaluation of moral and law courses of junior high school.
