With the rapid development of economic development,the fierce competition among enterprises makes the pressure of employees increasingly intensified.Compared with other industries,the working environment and operation difficulty of employees working in high-risk enterprises are more threatening,and occupational pressure is more prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to use the professional knowledge and methods of social work to help employees improve their mental toughness,effectively prevent and relieve the occupational stress caused by employees,and face the future life with a positive and optimistic attitude.Based on the H company as an example in combination with field research,analyze the stress status of employees and pressure source,according to the theory of energized and social support theory as the guide,a targeted group social work services,through to the individual employee’s energized,the restoration of social support network and build again to adjust psychological resilience factor,in order to enhance the staff’s mental toughness,Reduce the negative effects of occupational stress on physical,psychological and social interaction.In order to effectively promote individual mental health,suggestions to enhance mental toughness were put forward from the perspective of enterprises and employees through practical intervention.The research on corporate social work not only enriches the exploration of practical fields but also promotes the development of localization.
