With the rapid development of our country's economy and the competition among enterprises intensifing,the problem of employee stress has become increasingly prominent.High-risk enterprises,such as coal mine,chemical industry and construction enterprises,which have a particularly prominent psychological stress problem with high risk coefficient,frequent safety accidents and dangers for life safety of employees at all times,have not only directly impaired the health of employees,but also affected the happiness and harmony of their families,even concerning the sustainable development of enterprises.With the help of professional social work methods,it is of great significance to effectively prevent and alleviate staff pressure in high-risk enterprises.Taking H construction enterprise in T city as the research object,this paper investigates and evaluates the stress problems and needs of front-line employees of the enterprise through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.It is found that front-line employees of the enterprise generally have the needs of physical and mental health because of lack of psychological counseling or security or emotional comfort and social support.Internal organization: large workload,long working hours or rigid enterprise management,lack of humanistic care or high-risk operations without the corresponding welfare benefits or poor working environment,security risks or other factors,which has resulted in long-term overload of employees,mental stress and emotional anxiety.External organization: incomprehension of family members,lack of community services or other factors,which has made front-line employees lack the proper social support.Also,the absence of personal awareness of safety operation norms,psychological stress resistance or other factors,which has lead to the increased incidence of safety accidents.Aiming at the above stressors,we select the case service and group service objects and help them soothe the bad mood of the case owner,restore the life confidence of the case owner,construct social support network to make up for the lack of support,acquire stress relief technology and enhance self-resistance by introducing crisis intervention theory,social learning theory and superiority perspective theory to design the case crisis intervention service scheme and group work program.The successful implementation of case work and group work program in the enterprise,such as discovering their own advantages or enhancing confidence or promoting communication amongemployees or giving full play to mutual assistance functions,which has effectively alleviated the pressure problem of front-line employees and ultimately promoted the localization process of corporate social work by the improvement of production efficiency and benign operation of enterprises.
