As one of the key members of the family,adolescents are at a critical juncture in shaping world outlook,outlook on life and values.However,adolescents in difficult situations are hindered on the road to growth because of many reasons.During the internship,the author found that adolescents in dilemma appeared to have weak resilience.In the face of adversity,their resilience will be worse than that of teenagers in the average family,such as low self-esteem,negative emotions,ups and downs in their emotions,difficulty in meeting the problems correctly,and so on.At the same time,due to family reasons,the physical and mental growth of many adolescents has been seriously affected.Some adolescents even have shown many behavioral deviations.Therefore,how to help adolescents in dilemma emerged from their growth plight and make their development healthy and comprehensive are important issues that adolescents,families and society must face and solve.This study use a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods.Taking Shanghai D community dilemma for families of adolescents as the research object.Meanwhile,citing the theory of empowerment as the research perspective to carry on the research involved in the plight of family adolescents' resilience group work.The group plan has a total of seven activities.Its nature is a development group.The overall goal is to enhance the resilience of predicament family adolescents in distress and the main content is to guide the predicament family adolescents to personally design and produce monopoly game chess.The whole process of development of the group is the process of empowerment.In the first six groups,social workers,group volunteers and other staff members will listen,consider and support the thinking and decision-making of predicament family adolescents.At the same time,predicament family adolescents will discuss,design and produce Monopoly game chess together.In the seventh group,they displayed the finished products,shared sentiment,and summed up the sublimation.Finally,through the evaluation of the effectiveness of the group,this study draw the conclusion that the group work intervention from the perspective of empowerment theory could improve the resilience of predicament family adolescents in distress,and it is feasible and scalable to empower them.At the same time,this study will reflect on the entire research process and hope to put forward proposals that can actually helpimprove the same type of youth groups,provide experience for social work families involved in difficult situations,and achieve the goal of helping families and adolescents who are distressed to grow up healthily.
