In the post-epidemic era,people’s life and work have been impacted.In the face of severe social competition,many enterprises have adjusted their development strategies,and employees feel pressure on their life and work.There is such a group of employees in the enterprise: they eat and live in the factory,this kind of workers called enterprise factory workers.They move from factory to canteen to dormitory every day.After communication,they found that they would feel numb to life,and the pressure of work would make them feel difficult in life.If they stayed in the factory without contact with the outside world for a long time,they would feel lonely and isolated.This is also a sign of low resilience.This study takes the resident workers of H enterprise as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,scale evaluation,participant observation and interview,the service demand is estimated and analyzed.Some of the resident workers are from other places where their families are not around,and they are under pressure due to different diet and language habits.Although there are no geographical restrictions,some employees do not want to go home to live in the factory for a long time due to family relations.They cannot communicate effectively with their families and are prone to bad emotions when facing adversity alone.After the evaluation results and reason analysis obtained by using the scale,it is found that the main reasons affecting their low resilience level are: family environment(family relationship,family income,family health,etc.)can not provide effective support;Less communication in the relationship between colleagues,difficult to get recognition from colleagues or share the way of pressure;In the production of enterprises,due to the differences in individual work efficiency,facing the production pressure,there is a situation that can not relieve the pressure.Through questionnaire survey,scale evaluation and interview,this paper finally determined 7 workers living in the factory as the service objects of this group activity,respectively focusing on knowing you and me,to open the door of heart;Recognize pressure and reduce stress together;Know me,hardship;Find the path,regain hope;Pressure reappearance,the courage to solve;Improve resistance,more than pressure;Looking back at the years,never ending seven themes carried out group activities.In the activity,we set up a mutual support group and external resources to help improve the resilience of the service objects,and help the members to face the pressure of life and work with a positive attitude,so as to better adapt to the life and production of the enterprise.After group service,the members relieved some of their psychological pressure.In the mutual support group,the self-awareness and self-worth of the clients are definitely improved,and the members are helped to realize that they are not facing adversity alone.Group service helps members to master the methods and approaches to overcome pressure and actively cope with adversity,improve their resilience level and gradually establish a prevention mechanism for future stress.Help workers to find efficient,happy working methods and ways,contribute to the stable development of the enterprise.
