Emotion management,as an important matter of child development,gains lots of attention from scholars of all walks. While,in consideration of it’s applicability,studies this area in different ways. The thesis states the issue using the example from emotion management group which served by the author,analyzing the intervention the group made in children emotion management. And offering constructive advice through self-examination.In this paper, the author uses the method of experiment, dividing the potential service objects into experimental group and referential group randomly, then give interpose to experimental group and compare with referential group to confirm the effectiveness of these interposition.The group works is guided by resilience theory and Empowerment theory, contains four sections of activity centered on the three abilities and eight techniques in Emotion management. Meanwhile, the author also evaluate the significance based on influenced by the changes of member’s motivation,then gives the inspiration and forecast of Promote practical development through introspect to the angle of practices.Seeing a greater amplitude in the four dimensions of ERO,AEO,AES and ERS the author believes that it is good to do Emotion management intervention from the perspective of resilience; and the less significant effect on the UEPS shows the limitation of the practice.Moreover,the perspective of resilience is different from the existed problems or therapeutic perspective, it will avoid prejudice service object by first impressions, and let the operator assist the service object’s empowerment in a more effective way,promote the service object to deal with emotional problems in the face of adversity and make service objects acquire it’s development.
