Aerobics is widely favored by middle school students because of its high appreciation and fitness.It also plays an important role in high school sports and health courses.With the continuous development of the teaching concept of physical education,the call for continuous reform of the high school physical education and health curriculum is also increasing.Due to the continuous expansion of the content of the high school physical education and health curriculum,the orientation and value of the physical education and health curriculum have undergone great changes.In addition,teachers also have a higher degree of freedom and flexibility in the implementation of the curriculum.Under the new standards of physical education and health courses,more attention is paid to the cultivation of students' sports core literacy(exercise ability,healthy behavior and sports morality).This is a new requirement for physical education and health courses in the new era.High school girls generally have the characteristics of being afraid of dirt and tiredness.They also show different enthusiasm and athletic ability from active boys in sports courses,which greatly reduces the effect of sports.TBL(team-based learning)teaching mode is a teaching mode based on teams and groups,and has been proven to have good teaching effects in the teaching of other subjects.Therefore,this study intends to use the literature method,teaching experiment method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to use TBL teaching mode in the teaching of aerobics for high school girls,from the performance of aerobics sports skills,physical fitness and learning interest Research in other aspects to explore the effect of TBL teaching mode in the teaching of aerobics for high school girls.Research result:(1)Test scores reflecting motor skills: There were no significant changes in the scores of the control group before and after the experimental intervention.The scores of the left and right feet in the experimental group were split(from 79.79±5.082 points to 84.23±3.760 points)(p<0.05),prone The elbow support performance(from 83.56±5.588 points to 88.46±4.172 points)(p<0.05)and the fourth-level aerobic dance performance evaluation(from 82.63±6.387 points to89.19±4.911 points)(p<0.05)were significantly improved.(2)Test scores reflecting physical fitness: There was no significant change in the scores of the control group before and after the experimental intervention.The 50-meter running performance of the experimental group(from 9.043±0.6181 s to 8.6±0.5224s)(p<0.05)and the 800-meter running performance(from 245.2±28.23 s to 226.8±21.63s)(p<0.05)was significantly improved,but BMI,vital capacity,sitting forward bending,standing long jump and sit-ups did not change significantly.(3)Test scores reflecting interest in learning: There was no significant change in the scores of the control group before and after the experimental intervention,and the scores of sports participation in the experimental group(from 3.479±0.583 points to 3.792±0.7133 points)(p<0.05)and cognitive sports performance(From 3.229±0.8084 points to 3.542±0.7118 points)(p<0.05)significantly improved,but there was no significant change in the results of negative interest,positive interest,autonomy and exploration,and attention to sports.Analysis conclusion:(1)The use of TBL teaching mode in high school girls' aerobics teaching can significantly improve girls' hip flexibility,core strength and special skills;(2)The use of TBL teaching mode in the teaching of aerobics for high school girls can significantly improve the speed and endurance level of girls,but it will not produce significant effects on girls' physical content,vital capacity,body flexibility,lower limb springing ability and abdominal muscle endurance.Influence;(3)The use of TBL teaching mode in high school girls' aerobics teaching can significantly improve girls' participation in sports and their ability to recognize sports,but it will not have a significant impact on girls' enthusiasm,independent learning and exploration.
