We have the same aim in carrying out the performance education inthe 21 century, in which we'll depend on the knowledge to makeinnovations. In recent years, some developed countries put a great intoeducation in order to reform the lessons actively, develop characteristiceducation, foster the creative, comprehensive ability and the mental qualityof the students. It's the nucleus of performance education for training theinnovative spirits and the practical ability in China. The performanceeducation is the result of deep comprehending to the education essence anddeveloping from society to human. The body quality is the material base ofmorality and science. As the idea of school education, Healthy First is akind of recognition to the school duty. It's very important of physicaleducation. It's a basic way to get health and all kinds of skills. It's valuablefor improving character and morality. The deep education reform,especially the appearance of performance education, brings anunprecedentedly opportunity and challenge. Then the inquiring andresearching of teaching method become one of the hot points. Body building is being practiced in recent years because it's suitablefor physiology and psychology of women. But the young course is confinedby the old teaching method from the beginning. What kind of teachingmethod of body building being suitable for the senior school girls can wechoose under the development of society and the requirement of educationreform? The method of emotion mode that has the character of combiningemotion with knowledge is raised by Prof. Leng Ran. In this article, thewriter make a detailed study of emotion mode, including the theoreticalbasis, teaching aim, teaching process and teaching appraise, depending onthe achievement of researching for the teaching mode and the status of iiphysical education mode, by reading articles, making teaching experiencesand testing. The feasibility and the superiority of emotion mode are provedduring the teaching course of senior school girls. According to themany-year teaching experience of body building, the writer tries to useemotion mode into teaching, then gets a result that emotion mode is muchbetter than the traditional mode in improving the interesting and ability ofstudents. The teaching process, feasibility and superiority are alsoexpounded in body building by using emotion mode in order to find out afit way to the senior school girls, open up the educating way of bodybuilding and develop the individual character and innovation of students.
