As a category of quality education,children's programming education has attracted the attention of all sectors of society in recent years.Government departments,basic education schools,curriculum training centers,families and students have a further understanding of programming.Programming education is not only to cultivate a skill,but also an effective education to promote the cultivation of individual thinking initiative and judgment and analysis ability.It is an education driven by ability cultivation.Programming education helps to improve the core information literacy of young students.Algorithm design and machine language learning related to the development of artificial intelligence technology are inseparable from programming,which is in line with the matching talent training measures in the era of artificial intelligence.Focusing on the education theme of artificial intelligence driven by policy,this research paper studies what factors promote the rapid development of children's programming education?How to improve students' comprehensive quality and their ability to deal with the opportunities and challenges of digital society through programming education? How to optimize the teaching,learning and research of children's programming course by learning from the advanced educational management model? This paper mainly analyzes and studies these main problems in the development of children's programming education from the perspectives of policy,technology and educational management.Firstly,this study is under the reference of domestic and international's literature and materials to research the factors affecting the development of children's programming education;Secondly,it focuses on Pupils' programming learning through questionnaire survey,study the main factors which affect studnents' learning,and interviews programming teachers to deeply analyze the problems of programming teaching;Finally,it studies the problems of teaching management,and make some constructive suggestions to optimize teaching management and method of computer programming and to the solution of team building of computing teachers.It is found that the top-level design and guidance of policies,the progress of computer programming and artificial intelligence technology,and the renewal of educational management ideas and models are the main drivers to promote the rapid development of children's programming education;The training goal of programming education should be based on the problem of ability development: improving learners' comprehensive ability;An effective way to improve computing thinking;Interdisciplinary learning;Enhance personal social adaptability;Promote advanced thinking and deep learning ability.In the teaching of programming course,we can't avoid facing some specific problems as the shortness of high-qualified computing teachers,students' lack of initiative studying motivation and problem oriented awareness in computing learning,deficiency of computing teaching and research refinement and actions of theaters' team enhancement.It is suggested to find an effective and feasible breakthrough scheme from the aspects of education and training mode,teaching technology and optimizing teacher training.
