Anger is a common emotional experience and one of the basic emotions of human beings,but it is often regarded as the unprofessional performance of teachers.Preschool teacher is a profession with high emotional labor input.In the kindergarten practice characterized by the combination of care and education and the common life of teachers and children,the teacher's emotional expression is an important part of education.However,in fact,it is unrealistic to require preschool teachers to completely eliminate the angry emotion,and it is also against the human nature and the rules of education.At present,the number of studies focusing on the anger of preschool teachers is insufficient,and the relevant studies are all from the perspective of adults.The research results remain at the level of expression status and analysis of the causes,and the practical countermeasures have not formed a system.Therefore,this study A garden sophomore class 32 children in nanjing city as the research object,selects qualitative research orientation,the painting talk,role play with interviews and semi-structured interview method of combining the,from the interaction between the teacher angry my eyes "subject","I am angry of attribution to the teacher","the teacher angry expression my eyes","I feel when the teacher angry" and "I am angry with the teacher's feedback" five aspects presents and analyzes the children's understanding of teacher angry mood and attitude,summarizes and discusses the children's perspective of A striking feature of teacher angry mood,get the following conclusion:From the perspective of children,teachers' anger towards children is a manifestation of exercising their duties and power.The opportunity and effect of teachers' anger are determined by the relationship between teachers' authority and teacher-child relationship,and the personality characteristics and location space of both teachers and children also have an influence on it.Teachers' anger stems from "finding" children's mistakes,which is related to the stereotype of "error correction" of teachers and the bias of emphasizing efficiency over development.The suppression of anger by teachers leads to the counterproductive effect of children being at a loss what to do and teachers' authority being damaged.Children's evaluation of teachers' anger is contrary to reason and falls into conflict.Based on this,this study thought under the perspective of teachers angry mood is organizational roles,personal experience and interactive performance product of "trinity",and put forward countermeasure: from two aspects: teachers and kindergarten teachers in the first focus on emotional adjustment stage "cognitive reappraisal," and "deep" reduce unnecessary angry mood;Cognitive dissociation and emotional sublimation were used to improve the ability of coping with angry events in the stage of response attention emotion regulation.Through "relationship building" and "emotional investment" to amplify the teacher love function of anger.Kindergartens should use the strategy of "situation modification",relieve teachers' efficiency anxiety through open management,and construct emotional support system and emotional guidance mechanism for teachers.
