Narrative Therapy Intervention In A Case-based Social Work Study Of Adolescent Psychological Trauma

Adolescents' psychological growth and the improvement of mental health problems are related to the progress of adolescents,their families and the whole society.Attaches great importance to youth development under the background of countries in the world,the mental health of teenagers development still faces the risk from all sides,the mental health of teenagers grow up in a transition period which is yet to mature,the ability to deal with the risk and crisis is poorer,easily influenced by psychological trauma,this study adopts the method of qualitative research,analysis of psychological trauma youth predicament and resources,Using the method of case study social work to intervene the psychological trauma of adolescents,emphasizing the appropriateness of narrative therapy and social support theory in the intervention of psychological trauma,helping traumatized adolescents to get out of psychological trauma.This paper,based on the perspective of narrative therapy,the use of participatory observation method,interview method,case study method,combined with the guidance of the theory of social support,psychological trauma teenagers the existing social support network can be divided into family support,the school and peer support,and provide support for teenagers psychological trauma,teachers,family,peers in-depth interviews,It is found that the main problems and needs faced by the service objects of traumatized adolescents include cognitive bias,weak emotional control ability,contradiction between strong self-esteem and inferiority,need of sense of security and love,and increase of behavior problems.Based on the above research,on the basis of fully respecting the will of the oneself,this study established school psychological trauma youth small C W as a service object,service object to restore to its cultural background,the deviation of subjective language construction,deconstruction service object in the "conversation" original "problem" of life,and construct the new positive stories,and the service object To reduce the conditions and space for the growth of psychological trauma and help traumatized adolescents to actively face setbacks,misfortune and trauma,social workers,together with other supporters and service objects,work together to provide experience and reference for the intervention of narrative therapy into the problems of traumatized adolescents.
