| Research purposes:To explore the psychological impact of the epidemic on college students,to explore the status quo of college students’ psychological flexibility and post-traumatic growth,and the relationship between psychological flexibility and post-traumatic growth,and to further research online based on acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)The effect of group intervention on the psychological flexibility and post-traumatic growth of college students.Research methods:(1)Using Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition(AAQ-Ⅱ),Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire-Fusion(CFQ-F)and Post-traumatic Growth Inventory to conduct online questionnaire surveys among college students.A total of 381 questionnaires were received,including 378 valid questionnaires;2)According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,20 students were recruited and divided into two groups,the intervention group and the control group,randomly.The control group accepted general routine treatment,and the intervention group accepted ACT group intervention.Research results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the cognitive integration and post-traumatic growth of college students in their birthplace,total family monthly income,and whether they were single children,but the level of cognitive integration of girls was lower than those of boys(t=-2.058,p=0.041);the empirical avoidance of college students has no significant difference in demographic variables;the post-traumatic growth of college students is significantly different in subject(F=3.673,p=0.026),(2)the empirical avoidance of college students is different from Post-traumatic growth was negatively correlated(r=-0.18,p<0.01);(3)Regression analysis showed that empirical avoidance was a negative predictor of post-traumatic growth(B=-0.492,Beta=-0.179,t=-3.543,p<0.001),which can predict a total of 4.8%of the variance;(4)In the intervention group,the psychological flexibility and post-traumatic growth level of the intervention group were improved.There was no statistical difference between the pre-and post-test results of the control group.There were significant differences in the level of improvement in psychological flexibility and post-traumatic growth between the experimental group and the intervention group.Research conclusion:(1)The level of cognitive integration of girls is higher than that of boys.(2)College students of literature and history show more post-traumatic growth than those of science and technology and sports arts;(3)Empirical avoidance can negatively predict the level of post-traumatic growth of college students(4)ACT group intervention can effectively improve the level of psychological flexibility and post-traumatic growth of college students... |
