Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Of Tourism Experience Quality Of Pastoral Experience-based Research And Study Travel Base

With the development of education,the education mode in China has changed from traditional examination oriented education to modern quality education.The research tourism has also ushered in explosive growth.It is becoming popular in schools.The domestic market has caused a upsurge of "research and learning travel".However,the existing literature is more to regard the development of research tourism as static management,ignoring the horizontal and vertical changes of the development of research tourism.Through combing the domestic and foreign literature,it is found that few scholars in China have conducted in-depth research on the quality of tourism experience in the research travel base.Some scholars have built the relevant evaluation model for the evaluation of tourism experience quality of the research travel base,which is not practical and instructive;some scholars are too simple in the construction of evaluation index system,and lack of theoretical model support.In order to promote the sustainable development of research travel and promote the improvement of tourism experience quality of research and learning education carrier,one of the methods is to construct the index system and evaluation model of tourism experience quality suitable for China research and learning travel base.First,the paper systematically summarizes the current evaluation standards of tourism experience quality.Through field investigation and interviews with relevant research subjects,experts' opinions,the paper standardizes the evaluation index system of tourism experience quality,selects the relevant factors that can affect the tourism experience quality of research and learning travel base,and constructs theoretical model.Secondly,the questionnaire is designed,and the Yanyu garden of Hefei is selected for empirical research,and the model performance is tested.Finally,SPSS software is used to explore the factors influencing the tourism experience quality of the research base by using SPSS software,reliability and validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis and other analysis methods,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures based on the analysis results.The research results are as follows:(1)the influencing factors of tourism experience quality of rural experience tourism base can be divided into six dimensions:curriculum perception,professional perception of base tutor,cultural innovation perception,base environment image perception,base management service perception and base supporting service perception,and 28 index systems included in each dimension.(2)The empirical study tests that the model has a good phenotypic ability in the evaluation of tourism experience quality in the case.The scores of most items in all dimensions are 4 or 5,which indicates that the index system can reflect the students' experience of research and learning in the base.(3)On the basis of strengthening the sustainable development of research travel,we should strengthen the construction of tourism experience quality improvement of research travel base.The relevant operators of research travel should carry out the research and learning accurate marketing appropriately according to the needs of the research subjects,and promote the sound development of the research travel base.It is expected that the theoretical model constructed in this study can provide reference for the market orientation of other rural experience research travel bases.
