Study On The Quality Evaluation Of Red Research And Study Tourism Base

Since the country put forward the idea of "gradually carrying out the research tourism of primary and secondary school students",the research tourism has gradually become a hot spot of social development.At present,there are few researches on research tourism,mainly focusing on research policies,research products,tourist satisfaction and research base construction.There is no unified evaluation standard for service quality of red research tourism base in China.Therefore,from the perspective of tourists,the establishment of quality evaluation index system and evaluation model of red research tourism base can not only enrich the domestic and international red research tourism base At the same time,it can provide evaluation criteria for domestic research and study tourism base,and also promote the healthy development of red research and study tourism base.Based on the related concepts of research tourism and tourism service quality as well as the research results at home and abroad,this paper obtains the initial index system through literature analysis,expert consultation,field investigation and other methods.By using factor analysis method and selecting indexes,the quality evaluation index system of red research and learning tourism base is constructed.There are four standard levels in the system: service quality,auxiliary facilities,infrastructure and research atmosphere,of which 4 are service quality indicators,11 are auxiliary facilities indicators,6 are infrastructure indicators and 11 are research atmosphere indicators.A total of 32 indicators.Entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the quality evaluation index of the red research and study tourism base.The weight of service quality index is 0.2327;the weight of auxiliary facilities index is 0.2546;the weight of infrastructure index is 0.2469;the weight of research atmosphere index is 0.2657.It shows that the research atmosphere is the most important factor in the evaluation of the quality of the red research tourism base.The low entropy weight of research infrastructure service quality index and service quality index does not mean that infrastructure and service quality factors are not important,but equally important.By standardizing the evaluation index system of red research tourism quality base,the evaluation standard,comprehensive evaluation model and quality evaluation grade of red research tourism quality base are constructed.Based on the existing research results,the quality evaluation level of red research and learning tourism base is divided into four levels,namely 4A quality red research and learning tourism base,3A quality red research and learning tourism base,2A quality red research and learning tourism base and a quality red research and learning tourism base.Based on the evaluation index system and evaluation model of red research tourism quality base,Shaoshan is taken as an example for empirical study.The results show that Shaoshan is a Grade 3A red research base.The research atmosphere and auxiliary facilities are most satisfactory to tourists.The tourists' satisfaction of infrastructure and auxiliary facilities is low and their perception is poor.Therefore,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions from four aspects: the design of research courses with red research characteristics,the training of red research mentors,the enhancement of the evaluation of red research tourism service quality,and the capacity of intelligent monitoring scenic spots.
