The Public data shows that in 2018,the market size of online parent-child travel in China has reached 50 billion RMB.The rapid development of the scale of the children's tourism market has also caused widespread concern in China's tourism academia.However,due to the special characteristics of children as a consumer group,the research on their travel experience has not yet received enough attention.The existing research on children's travel experience is not only a small number but often from the perspective of adults.The conclusions of the study lack certain reliability.Based on the background,this article explores the composition and influencing factors of children's travel experience from the perspective of children.Using quantitative and qualitative mixed research paths,it conducts exploratory research on the composition and influencing factors of children's travel experience to consolidate and enrich related research field.Based on domestic and foreign scholars' related research on children and travel experience,comprehensive research methods such as literature research method,interview method,child drawing method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistical analysis are used to explore the composition of children's travel experience And influencing factors;trying to establish a tourism experience model based on children's perspective.This paper selects school-age children from two experimental schools affiliated to South China University of Technology(Primary School)and Shiqiao Central Elementary School in Panyu District as the main research objects,conducts a questionnaire survey,and obtains 345 valid questionnaires.Based on the statistical analysis of the data,Using structural equation model testing,the following conclusions were finally reached:(1)In terms of the dimensions of children's travel experience,this study attempts to construct a dimensional model of children's travel experience through the application of children's painting methods.The model mainly includes four experience dimensions: sensory experience,educational experience,emotional experience and social experience,which constitute the basic dimensions of school-age children's travel experience.(2)This study analyzes the demographic characteristics(gender,grade)of children tourists,parenting styles,social adaptability,tourism products and services,and other factors.The study found that: for school age For young children(1)There are no significant differences in the travel experience of children of different genders and ages(2)Parenting styles have a significant impact on children's travel experience;(3)Among tourism product service factors,tourism infrastructure,participation in tourism activities,and tourism service personnel Attitudes will have a significant impact on the travel experience of children tourists;(4)Children's social adaptability plays a mediating role in parenting styles and travel experiences.Finally,according to the above research conclusions,this article provides relevant suggestions for tourism enterprises and tourist attractions,with a view to providing reference and guidance from the perspective of theory and method for the development of children's tourism market in the future.
