| The vocational enlightenment education of primary and secondary school students lays the foundation for the construction of modern vocational education system and is also a bridge to promote the close connection between vocational education and general education.This type of education helps students to understand various types of professions,stimulates their interest in careers,promotes them to plan their career path rationally,and cultivates their work ethics,hands-on practical abilities,and innovative thinking.High-quality vocational experience study programs are an essential way to achieve vocational enlightenment education and an indispensable carrier.However,China’s current study tour projects are still in the early stages and face issues such as inadequate resources,poor coordination,and unclear goals.By utilizing the comprehensive simulation teaching facilities,specialized courses,and "dual-teacher" teaching teams in vocational schools,we can explore the ways to construct vocational experience study programs,build rich and innovative vocational experience courses in the classroom teaching,and integrate local vocational education resources to provide an important platform for primary and secondary schools to carry out vocational enlightenment education.This can also promote the integration of vocational and general education resources,and achieve the implementation of vocational enlightenment.Secondly,we need to fully leverage the social function of vocational and general education,strengthen the recognition of vocational education,increase the attractiveness of secondary vocational education,promote the integration of resources and concepts,and innovate in the coordinated development of vocational and general education.This article explores the necessity and feasibility of constructing vocational experience-based research travel projects in secondary vocational schools.Drawing on domestic and foreign research conclusions,the article explores how to construct the path for the project from five dimensions,including positioning,organizational structure,research and learning curriculum development,faculty team building,and support measures.The article relies on the Guangdong Xiu Xue Experience Park project in G province to discuss the construction of tourism vocational experience-based research travel projects.G province LY School is a national model school for secondary vocational education reform and development and a national key vocational school.It has a wide influence and high visibility in the tourism industry and vocational education industry nationwide.The author conducted on-site investigations,interviews with relevant leaders of superior departments,responsible professionals of the school,and project leaders of vocational colleges and travel agencies that have conducted vocational experience-based research travel projects,as well as questionnaire surveys of teachers,parents,and students in primary and secondary schools,to construct a research on the tourism vocational experience-based research travel project of G province LY School.The research delved into the current situation and professional characteristics of the tourism major,the educational and teaching hardware and software it possessed,and the advantages and disadvantages of developing tourism vocational experience-based research travel projects.The article proposes to develop tourism vocational experience-based research travel projects with the theme of "skills to make life better," focusing on developing projects with tourism professional characteristics such as "taste tea culture,""Cantonese cuisine cooking," " scenic tour guide," approach coffee","Western Dim sum and baking," and"experiencing catering services and understanding service values." The article provides a specific implementation plan for the discussion of tourism vocational experience-based research travel projects in secondary vocational schools,mainly from the establishment of a research guidance department to clarify job responsibilities,building a training course system,developing high-quality courses,optimizing research and learning environmental facilities,improving project hardware equipment,strengthening the research and learning mentor team,and optimizing team structure,aiming to provide assistance for vocational experience-based research travel projects in secondary vocational schools. |
