A lot of researches have focused on the connotation,gradation,influencing factors and tactics of the teaching major development.PCK is the research fruit of teaching professionalization as well as the ability and core of teaching.This study,based on this background,doing research on the kindergarten teachers' development in the field of music,from the perspective of PCK.Besides,it analyses the present situation and needs,discusses the influencing factors,in the hope of providing some advice to support the kindergarten teachers' professional development in the field of music.This study takes B Kindergarten in N,B Province as the research subject,assuming the form of sampled data mode.It selects semi-structured interviews with12 kindergarten teachers and the analysis of data.After interviews,this study analyzes the current situation,needs,fators of kindergarten teachers.Research shows that kindergarten teachers will undergo the transformation in the aspects of music subject matter knowledge,teaching methods and knowledge about children.When it comes to music knowledge,kindergarten teachers used to face tremendous challenges in mastering music skills,but now they have equipped themselves with these skills;their focus on music fodders used to be virtual,now it's real;they used to be referring to textbooks only for music education,now they pay due attention to practice;their understanding of music education shifted from discipline thinking to penetrative thinking.As for the strategies of music teaching,kindergarten music teachers have borne both group teaching and area teaching in mind;teachers now value the “learning” of kids more than the “teaching” of teachers;activities are now based on adaption rather than authenticity;teachers who were once at a loss are now more confident in terms of teaching strategies.As for children's knowledge,kindergarten teachers have gone through the three stages of Preliminary Transformation-Practice-oriented-Transcending.In the course of development,kindergarten teachers need to meet the needs of belonging,respect and professional ability development.The kindergarten teachers' professional development in the music field may be influenced by environmental factors,individual factors,important events and significant others.Usually,their development paths in this field are :preparatory phase-exploration phase-testing phase-clear phase-flexible phase.Meanwhile,the teachers' mentality go through a cycle-upward process:confused-gradually stabilized-stable.The research attempts to make suggestions from the perspectives of kindergarten teachers,kindergarten,families and government.Teachers play a fundamental role in achieving professional development in the field of music.Kindergartens play the role of overall and targeted micro system support.Families play a warm harbor nature of the micro system support role.The government plays a programmatic and scientific role in supporting the external system.There are "resultant forces" and "opposites" in the professional development of kindergarten teachers' music field.
