Research Objectives: Through effective intervention in the form of experiments, data collection and detailed analysis,to explore the influence of bilateral transfer training on the learning effect of football long pass technology of college students at different levels,to obtain the rules of bilateral transfer in the learning of long pass technology, and can be applied to future teaching activities and training practice.Improve the teaching form of football long pass technique, strengthen the learning effect, improve the training results, and also provide theoretical support for differentiated teaching for students with different foundations. Methods:This study explores the effect of bilateral transfer training on the learning effect of long pass technique for college students at different levels by taking bilateral transfer training as the breakthrough point.Using the method of literature, expert interview, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, the paper explores the difference of learning effect between two sides transfer training and traditional training in football long pass technique. This study includes the experimental group and the control group, and the experimental site is selected in the football field of the North District of Nanjing Normal University. This study recruited healthy feet and right foot as advantage of 60 male college students, the subjects' screening test before and after the 60 people divided into low, medium and high three levels and each level20 people, divided into the experimental group and random lottery,A group A group and the control group, experimental group and control group B B group, experimental group and the control group, group C C Each group consisted of 10 people.A and A were the low level group,B and B were the medium level group, and C and C were the high level group. The experimental group received 50% training of non-dominant foot and 50% training of dominant foot, while the control group received 100%traditional training of dominant foot. The long passing scores of each subject before and after the intervention were collected, and the data processing software was used for detailed analysis.Research results: 1.After the subjects were randomly grouped according to their pre-test scores,it was found through the comparison of experimental data that the long pass score index and skill evaluation index were C > B > A and C > B > A.2.After the experimental intervention, the long pass score performance and technical evaluation performance of the low level group A were significantly higher than that of the group A,and there were great differences. The performance of the intermediate group B in the long pass score is higher than that of the control group, and there is a difference, but there is no significant change in the performance of technical evaluation.Group C,with the highest level before the experiment, showed no significant difference in the post-test score performance between Group C and Group C,on the contrary, the performance of technical evaluation was lower than that of Group C.3.After the experimental intervention,it was found that the scoring performance of the long pass accuracy of the three groups,A,B and C,was significantly improved. In terms of the improvement of technical evaluation performance, there was A significant difference in Group A,there was A difference in Group B,but no significant change occurred in Group C.4.After the experimental intervention,in terms of the improvement rate of score index and technical evaluation index, there are great differences between Group A,Group B and Group C,with A particularly large improvement range, while there is no significant difference between Group B and Group C.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Under the same total training amount, the two sides transfer training has a better effect on the improvement of the long pass performance of the students who have not learned football major, and it is better than the traditional dominant foot training.2.Under the same total training amount,two-way transfer training has a certain positive effect on the improvement of long pass scoring performance of students who have learned basic football skills, but compared with the traditional dominant foot training,it does not show an obvious advantage.3.The improvement of accuracy score index of long pass by bilateral transfer training is obviously better than that of technical evaluation index.
