Public sports services are an important part of basic public services to meet people's needs for good sports.The quality of public sports services led by the government is not only related to the satisfaction of people's sports needs,but also related to the further development of the "Healthy China" strategy and the "Sports Powerful Country" strategy.Implement.In addition,as the basic unit of urban development,with the improvement of the level of social and economic development,the sports needs of community residents have shown the characteristics of diversification,individualization,and high-end.Community residents have shown the quality of public sports services led by the government.Strong expectations and demands.At the same time,under the current social background,there are many problems in the community public sports service supply,such as the scarcity of residents' fitness activities,the single,backward,and improper maintenance of facilities.This has caused the quality of community public sports services in our country to be uneven,and the residents' sports The demand is not well met.Therefore,how to adapt community public sports services to a variety of sports needs and provide high-quality and high-quality public sports services to the public or community residents has become a major problem that governments and sports departments at all levels need to solve.This article analyzes the quality of public sports services in urban communities in Nanjing and finds out an optimization strategy to improve the quality of public sports services in the communities.Taking the public sports services in urban communities in Nanjing as the research object,it uses literature,questionnaire surveys,interviews,mathematical statistics and other methods.,Based on a detailed analysis of the concept,content and evaluation methods of service quality,and based on the SERVQUAL scale,a preliminary establishment of an evaluation index system for urban community public sports services.Through pre-survey questionnaires and formal questionnaires issued and recovered data,SPSS26.0 is used to analyze the reliability and validity of various dimensional indicators and exploratory factor analysis,and finally build an urban community public sports service quality evaluation system,and determine it with the help of analytic hierarchy process Index Weight.Finally,an empirical study with urban community residents in Pukou District,Nanjing City as the survey object,found that the quality of public sports services in urban communities in Nanjing is at a general level,with the highest score in the convenience dimension,the second in the empathy dimension,and the residents' Such indicators are well perceived;the tangible and responsive dimensions score in the middle;the reliability and guarantee dimensions are at a low level,and community sports services need to be improved in the content of such indicators.Therefore,the IPA analysis method is used to further analyze the quality of public sports services in the urban communities of Pukou District,find out the problems or factors that affect the improvement of service quality,and propose corresponding service quality improvement strategies based on this.
