The Research On The Construction Of The Characteristic Campuses With Winter Sports In Tangshan City Under The Background Of Beijing Olympic Games In 2022

The successful bid for the Winter Olympic Games in 2015 has brought China both opportunities and challenges.It is not only the guarantee from President Xi to the world but also the expectation that 300 million people will get involved in winter sports.To realize this important commitment,the plan “to make winter sports enter campuses” comes to being,in which the student group is the key group to promote it.Therefore,to make full use of the groups in the campus is of great significance to carry out winter sports and make 300 million people participate in them,and it lays a solid foundation for China to become a powerful nation of winter sports.There are 8 schools in Tangshan having been selected as“Characteristic Campuses with Winter Sports”and they will get the inspection of establishment,including the popularization of courses on winter sports and the creation of community activities and culture about winter sports.For this reason,there must be lots of problems to be solved on the way forward.To promote winter sports in the primary schools and the secondary schools in Tangshan,the current situation of the construction of the characteristic campuses with winter sports and the problems that need to be solved urgently should be investigated first and then with summing ups made constantly,some reasonable suggestions will be put forward so as to provide a reasonable basis for the construction and development of the characteristic campuses with winter sports in Tangshan.The objects of this paper are the snow and ice construction in eight schools,namely,Xingfu Primary School,Yanjing Primary School,Lunan Second Experimental Primary School,Yuanjuesi Primary School,Fenghun District,7th Experimental Primary School,Qianan Central Primary School,Changning Town,Leting County,and Wangdianzi Middle School,Luanzhou City.By using the methods of literature material,investigation,mathematical statistics and Delphi,this paper makes an analysis on the construction situation,subject object,condition guarantee and development situation of the 8 characteristic campuses with winter sports in Tangshan.The results are as follows:(1)The principals of eight ice and snow characteristic schools in Tangshan have a high awareness and long-term planning of the development of ice and snow.The funding sources of each school are all financial allocations.Each year,each school has different and most of them are conservative in investment in ice and snow.(2)There is a serious shortage of ice and snow special teachers on campus.Teachers have different ice and snow skills.Some teachers are not proficient in ice and snow sports skills,and technical skills need to be strengthened and improved.The school attaches great importance to the treatment of ice and snow teachers,the number of ice and snow training and ice and snow curriculum arrangement meet the selection requirements.(3)Most students are very fond of ice and snow sports,but students have low motivation to participate in ice and snow sports.At the same time,learning tasks and interest in learning are the main factors affecting students ’ participation in ice and snow.Parents have a positive attitude towards students ’ participation in ice and snow,but schools are not good at promoting parents ’ ice and snow.(4)The ice and snow sports venues of the eight characteristic schools are all playgrounds,and the types of ice and snow equipment are single.There are almost no other ice and snow equipment except wheel slippers in each school.For large recess ice and snow activities due to the impact of new coronavirus pneumonia schools are stagnant.The school’ s safety protection measures for students are very sufficient,but the number of students ’ real ice and snow experience is less.Safety factors are the main factors that hinder students ’participation.(5)School community activities,training and competitions are well carried out,and ice and snow activities are diversified.The low attention of schools in the construction of ice and snow culture causes the inactive campus ice and snow atmosphere.School-based curriculum development is slow,the campus public number on ice and snow propaganda is less,public number utilization needs to be improved.According to the problems in the construction process of Tangshan campus ice and snow characteristic school,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)The government should increase capital investment in schools with ice and snow characteristics,and coordinate school-enterprise negotiations to seek cooperation.Enhance school leaders ’ awareness of ice and snow,improve our school ice and snow budget.(2)Actively introduce ice and snow professional teachers,hire ice and snow coaches,organize teachers to participate in ice and snow training,improve teachers ’ ice and snow skills.Guide students to participate in the correct motivation of ice and snow,reduce students ’ homework,enrich the fun of ice and snow activities.Through We Chat,public number and other ways to strengthen the propaganda of parents ’ ice and snow,actively promote the campus ice and snow to parents.(3)Actively purchase ice and snow equipment,rich equipment types and quantity.Various ice and snow activities such as ice and snow exhibitions and associations are carried out instead of large classes.Improve students ’ safety awareness,strengthen police-school traffic cooperation to ensure road safety.Each school flexible ’ ice ’ self-created ice field,create favorable conditions for students to experience ice and snow.(4)Rendering campus ice and snow culture by purchasing ice and snow books,carrying out ice and snow cultural exhibitions and hanging banners,organizing and hiring ice and snow experts to discuss and create ice and snow school-based textbooks to highlight the characteristics of the school.
