Research On The Status Of Winter Leisure Sports Participation And Consumption In Harbin

As people's living standard is improving continuously,leisure sport is becoming an indispensable part of people's daily life.The unique ice-snow resources and advantageous location of Harbin generate a good natural foundation for the development of ice-snow leisure sports and ice-snow sports.In recent years,due to the support and assistance of the government,winter leisure sports industry has entered a period of rapid development.Then the research of the participation and consumption of winter leisure sports has a great time significance.This article mainly adopts the method of literature,the field observation method,the questionnaire investigation method,the statistics method,the logical analysis method and so on to investigate the participation and consumption of winter leisure sports in Harbin.By implementing these methods,the basic characteristics of leisure sports participants and the condition of consumption are found out,the main influencing factors are clarified,and some corresponding advices and suggestions are given.In order to promote the development of winter leisure sports in Harbin,and diversify the content of sports culture,this article makes a useful exploration.The results show that:(1)In recent years,winter leisure sports in Harbin is developing fast,and has become an important part of people's daily life.(2)According to the statistics on the participants and consumers of winter leisure sports in Harbin,the number of male is slightly higher than female,and the number of people who own more leisure time such as the elderly is higher than the number of people who is working and studying.Students' major winter sports activities are mainly organized by school,and the individual behavior is less.Winter leisure sports consumers are mainly generated by corporate employees,private owners,staffs of public institutions,and civil servants.74.8% of these consumers are generated by people who obtain more than 20000 yuan as their annual income.(3)The number of winter leisure sports participants and consumers in Nangang region,Daoli region,Daowai region,and Xiangfang region is higher than it in Pingfang region,Songbei region,A Cheng region,and Hulan region.Due to the short distance with Harbin city,the number of winter leisure sports participants and consumers in Pingfang region and Songbei region is higher than it in A Cheng region and Hulan region.The main reason for that is the difference of economic development and the convenience of transportation.(4)The reason of citizens of Harbin have weak intention on fitness consumption can be categorized to two aspects.The first aspect is the backward sports consumption consciousness.The second aspect is that the average income in Harbin is low.(5)The rationalization of distribution of the number of venues and facilities,the diversification of consumption structure,the diversification and fashion of the project settings,the rationalization of the price of products,the side of fitness guide,and the routinization of advertisement are modern demands of winter leisure sports consumers in Harbin.(6)The number of social sports instructors is very low,and non-professional people and temporary workers are employed to be sports instructors.It is to the disadvantage of the long-term development of community sports.Due to the unclarified function,low income,weak guarantee,and low attention,the sports specialized people generally do not intend to be engaged in this work.(7)People generally choose winter leisure sports activities on weekends or holidays,and is not affected by the seasons,which are consistent with previous research.And the retired elderly chooses to do morning exercises.(8)Most people take a weekly frequency of activities,and the duration is 1-2 hours,mainly because of the cold weather and busy work.People still have a strong "cat winter" thinking.In conclusion,my suggestions are: the government and the sports bureau should scientifically plan and rationally distribute the leisure sports venues and facilities in the whole province;strengthen the construction and maintenance of winter leisure sports facilities;government and sports bureau actively organize and undertake the winter leisure sports international competition,add more ornamental consumption activities,and balance the consumption structure;make efforts to innovate and develop suitable and convenient winter leisure sports for Harbin;the municipal government of Harbin should lead people to promote the image externally and create policy internally,so that promote the the atmosphere of winter leisure sports in the whole society;strengthen the use of network and social media,organize international events,improve the popularity of the city,and promote project penetration and consumer participation simultaneously;training social sports instructors.And finally,implement multi-angle and comprehensive propaganda work.
