The teacher-student interaction behavior in junior high school physical education classroom refers to the verbal and nonverbal interaction behaviors between teachers and students in the process of teaching physical education in junior high school outdoor physical education classroom to transfer physical education knowledge,skills and emotions.The physical education classroom in junior high school is the main position to enhance the physical fitness of adolescents and promote the overall development of adolescents,and physical education classroom teaching is realized through teacher-student interaction,and effective teacher-student interaction behavior has an important impact on the efficiency of physical education,so the importance of teacher-student interaction behavior in physical education classroom is not only the need for the development of school physical education,but also the need for the overall development of adolescents.The teacher-student interaction behavior in physical education classroom is exemplary and educational.In the interaction with students,teachers communicate their knowledge,skills and emotional values with students,and at the same time,the teacher's personality and mannerisms also inculcate students and play an educational and guiding role in students' interaction.However,classroom interaction is seriously formalized nowadays,and the indifference and frequent conflicts between teachers and students have seriously undermined the value and meaning of teacher-student interaction,and affected the efficiency of physical education classroom teaching and students' physical and mental development.Therefore,this study takes the teacher-student interaction behavior in middle school physical education classroom as the research object,analyzes the current situation of teacher-student interaction behavior in middle school physical education classroom in Shijiazhuang,improves the teacher-student interaction behavior,and promotes good interaction between teachers and students.The research methods used in the article mainly include literature research,survey method,observation method and mathematical analysis method.Through literature research and Delphi method,we construct structural indicators of teacher-student interaction behavior in junior high school physical education classroom to provide scientific basis for designer-student questionnaire and classroom observation;through survey method and observation method,we investigate and analyze junior high school physical education classroom in Shijiazhuang City to understand the current situation of teacher-student interaction behavior;through mathematical and rational analysis method,we count the survey data to find the problems of teacher-student interaction in junior high school physical education classroom in Shijiazhuang City,analyze The research method was used to find out the problems of teacher-student interaction in Shijiazhuang junior high school physical education classroom,analyze the factors affecting teacher-student interaction behavior,and initially construct a path for guiding teacher-student interaction behavior,so as to provide directional reference for junior high school physical education teachers and students to improve interaction behavior.Through the above research method to study the research topic in depth,the following research results were obtained.(1)the structural indicators of teacher-student interaction behavior in junior high school physical education classroom were determined through the Delphi method.There are 2 primary indicators: teacher-student verbal interaction behavior and teacher-student nonverbal interaction behavior;4 secondary indicators: including teacher verbal behavior,student verbal behavior,teacher nonverbal behavior,and student nonverbal behavior;and 23 tertiary indicators.The Kendall's harmony coefficient as well as the coefficient of variation were used to derive the expert approval and consistency of the indicators at each level and to rationalize the content of the indicators.(2)The questionnaire revealed that: junior high school physical education teachers and students did not know enough about the importance of teacher-student interaction in physical education classroom,students showed a negative and passive attitude toward teacher-student interaction,and it directly led to the result that teachers and students showed dissatisfaction with the current status of physical education classroom interaction behavior.Through the statistical analysis of classroom observation codes,it was found that: in terms of teacher-student verbal interactions,teachers' verbal behaviors in teacher-student interactions were mainly lectures and instructions,while students' verbal behaviors in interactions were mainly responses to teachers;in terms of teacher-student nonverbal interactions,teachers' nonverbal behaviors were mainly action demonstrations and instructional actions,while students' nonverbal behaviors were mainly exercises.In addition,the overall characteristics of teacher-student interactions showed that teachers dominated the interactions,and the interaction behaviors showed more neutral direct influence behaviors and lacked indirect influence on students;and the emotional characteristics of teacher-student interactions showed less positive influence interaction behaviors between teachers and students.(3)Through the above analysis of the current situation of teacher-student interaction behavior in junior high school physical education classroom,it is found that the overall teacher-student interaction behavior presents the following problems:teacher-student interaction concept needs to be improved;teacher-student interaction behavior presents one-way interaction;teacher-student interaction behavior presents single interaction content;student interaction behavior shows poor initiative;teacher interaction behavior presents emotional indifference.(4)Through the analysis of the causes of teacher-student interaction behavior problems,it is found that the influencing factors mainly include teachers,students and the environment.Physical education teachers' educational and teaching concepts,professional skills proficiency,and teachers' teaching styles are the teacher factors that affect teacher-student interaction behavior.Students' subjective consciousness,students' importance to physical education classroom,and students' professional skill base are student factors that affect teacher-student interaction behavior.The promotion examination system and classroom atmosphere are environmental factors that influence teacher-student interaction behavior.(5)Through the above analysis of the current situation of teacher-student interaction behavior in the real state,the problems and factors influencing teacher-student interaction behavior are taken as the basis of reality,and the physical education and health curriculum standard of compulsory education is taken as the theoretical basis,and the path of guiding teacher-student interaction behavior in junior high school physical education classroom is constructed.The guiding path is based on the principles of mutual respect,mutual understanding,and emotional integration between teachers and students,with the basic requirements of improving students' main status,promoting students' overall development,and improving students' interaction ability,so as to improve the interaction between teachers and students in junior high school physical education classrooms.The aim is to improve the interaction between teachers and students in junior high school physical education classrooms,increase effective classroom interaction,and improve teachers' teaching efficiency and students' learning effectiveness.
