The development of young people affects social development,national rejuvenation and the future of the country.The health problem of youth has attracted much attention from the society.With the introduction of a series of policies and systems to strengthen youth sports and promote the health of teenagers,the integration of family,schools and community is becoming more and more prominent.How to effectively operate families,schools and community to ensure the physical study of teenagers should be deeply explored.This study analyzes the status and problems of youth sports activities under the joint background of "home-school-society" through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,On the one hand,in responding to the national call,Making more groups responsible for youth physical education,Make the development of youth sports to the trend of "the integration of sports and education" development,Cultivate young people as the socialist successor to the all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor;On the other hand,the Clearly locate the relationship and functions of "home-school-society",While strengthening the school sports work,To make up for the missing family sports and community sports,In order to cultivate students ' long-term driving force of physical exercise.The following problems were found through the investigation:(1)The young students surveyed were not physically active,And boys 'sports initiative is stronger than girls,Junior high school students have a stronger sports initiative than senior high school students;The role of(2)School PE in education is recognized by most parents and adolescents,But it was not derived to the behavior;The integration of(3)school sports and family sports is not good;(4)Community sports deviates from the track of educating teenagers;The reasons for the above problems are:(1)exam-oriented,Lead to students ' lack of endogenous motivation;(2)school sports class and the understanding and development of various sports activities are unbalanced;There is a certain gap in the(3)sports system,Community sports with(4)between family sports and poor connection between school sports;(5)Lack of grassroots implementation organization,Youth Sports " High Status,Implement the virtual ".Optimization strategy is:(1)update the student concept,optimize teaching strategy,and cultivate students ' sports initiative;(2)strengthen the construction of social sports culture,further promote the social recognition of school sports,promote the unity of sports cognition and sports behavior;(3)improve Chinese sports system,promote the connection between school sports and family sports;(4)rely on sports colleges and sports club resources to compensate for the absence of community sports;(5)establishes a tripartite interactive organization to ensure the implementation of national sports policy at the grassroots level.Final optimization results for youth "home-school-club" full sports activity mode,its combined with the parents,school,community will,youth sports reality,and the introduction of sports volunteers(also known as sports volunteers: mainly refers to sports college students,including sports teachers,general sports knowledge parents,etc.),through the"home-school-club" in all the participation to further promote youth sports learning,etc.And clear "health first","lifelong sports","student"main body "guiding ideology,establish adaptability,mandatory,innovation,unity principle,optimize the optimization plan for: establish"home-school-club " joint group,and establish a multi-evaluation mechanism,according to the characteristics of different grades,for prevention exam,test buffer,health promotion,compulsory health implementation plan.
