"General High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition 2020Revision)" focus on fostering virtue through education,condensing the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines: political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law,and public participation.Focusing on the cultivation of the core literacy of the subject,the teaching orientation changes due to the situation: the teaching value orientation of nurturing people with core literacy,the teaching content orientation presented by topics,the teaching strategy orientation based on activity design,and the teaching evaluation orientation based on student development.Teachers' comprehensive and accurate grasp of the new changes in teaching orientation is the key to promoting the improvement of teaching ability,so as to realize the core literacy of the subject in the classroom.The improvement of teachers' classroom teaching ability is not only an inevitable requirement for cultivating the core literacy of the subject,but also the implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches.On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out at the school's ideological and political theory class teacher's forum that the key to running the ideological and political theory class is teachers.The key is to give full play to the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of teachers.Several hopes and requirements were put forward.General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the conference provided a fundamental follow-up and action guide for the majority of ideological and political teachers to improve their teaching ability.This thesis is based on a series of changes in teaching orientation and classroom implementation from the perspective of subject core literacy,learning and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech,and in-depth study of the entry point,focus and end point of teachers' classroom teaching ability improvement to achieve teacher professional growth,to promote the implementation of the core literacy goals of the students' disciplines,and to promote the accomplishment of the fundamental tasks of teachers' morality.This article includes five aspects.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,and research methods and innovation points.The second part is an overview of the teaching ability of high school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of subject core literacy,including the definition of related concepts,the constituent elements of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching ability from the perspective of subject core literacy,and the basis for its construction,and clarify the core of the subject from the perspective of literacy,the teaching ability of senior middle school ideological and political teachers is composed of four elements:effective value leading ability,topic teaching design ability,curriculum content activity ability and teaching evaluation ability.The third part analyzes the importance and feasibility of improving the class teaching ability of high school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of the core literacy of the subject,providing strong support for improving the teaching ability of teachers.The fourth part explores the main manifestations and reasons why teaching ability needs to be improved from the perspective of subject core literacy through literature research,educational practice and interview investigation.The five parts are based on the analysis of causes,taking the teachers themselves as the microscopic perspective,combining the teaching reform under the core competence of the subject and the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping,exploring the improvement of the classroom teaching ability of high school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of core competence path: update teaching concepts,innovate teaching practices,activate classroom factors,and improve the evaluation system.
