This paper mainly investigates the application of resource management strategies in high school students' mathematics learning.High school mathematics knowledge is more complex than junior high school,many students will be very difficult to learn high school mathematics,often appear the phenomenon of half the effort,at present,there is little research on high school students' mathematics resource management strategy.This paper attempts to provide theoretical and practical support for high school students' mathematics resource management strategy.The subjects of this paper are from a key high school in Poyang,Shangrao,Jiangxi Province.and randomly select different levels of classes in grade one and grade two as the survey objects,and carry out a questionnaire survey on 296 high school students.Based on the literature and materials of mathematics resource management strategy,The prediction questionnaire of high school students' mathematics resource management strategy was compiled,and the initial measurement table was modified and perfected by item analysis,validity analysis and reliability analysis,and finally a formal questionnaire was formed.Then,the formal questionnaire was issued again,using descriptive statistics,difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis to investigate the current level of senior high school students' use of mathematical resources management strategies in Poyang County;to understand the differences in senior high school students' use of mathematical resources management strategies from grade,arts and science,gender and academic level;and to explore the influencing factors of high school students' mathematics achievement in mathematical resources management strategies.Finally,through the case interview of teachers and students,we can deeply understand the present situation and reasons of the use of mathematics resource management strategies in senior high school students.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The average value of mathematical time management strategy is the lowest of the four sub-strategies,which indicates that the time management level of high school students is very poor.(2)Both boys and girls deserve to be in the middle level in resource management strategies,and there is no significant difference in the use of mathematical resource management strategies among students of different genders.From the average score,boys are better at using time management strategy and effort management strategy than girls,while girls are better at using environmental management strategy and academic help management strategy than boys.(3)There are significant differences in the application level of effort management strategy and academic help management strategy between senior one students and senior two students.On the whole,the senior one is a little better than the senior two in mathematics resource management strategy.(4)Both liberal arts students and science students deserve to be in the middle level in mathematics resource management strategy,and there is no significant difference in resource management strategy between arts and science students.From the average score,science students use better mathematics resource management strategy than liberal arts students.(5)There are significant differences in resource management strategies between different mathematics achievement levels,which shows that the higher the achievement,the better the students use the four sub-strategies.(6)There is a very significant positive correlation between high school students' mathematics achievement and the application of resource management strategy,that is,the better the students' mastery of mathematics resource management strategy,the higher the mathematics achievement.In resource management strategy,time management and effort management strategy have significant positive predictive effect on high school students' mathematics achievement.That is to say,time management and effort management will have an impact on high school students' math scores.This shows that in high school students' mathematics study,we should focus on cultivating high school students' mathematics time management and hard management.
