Facing the challenges and opportunities,Shanghai E company must focus on the strategic and the effective human resource management to be successful.How to pair human resource management with the company strategy,realize the human resource management transformation to achieve strategic aims of the company is the main purpose of this thesis.Based on the theories of strategy management,strategic human resource management,this thesis analyses the new human resource management requirements triggering by new strategy of E company.Then using six modules of human resource management as the framework,we find out the existing problems of human resource management in E company.Next,under the guidance of human resource investment combination strategy,we point out that the transformation of human resource management should focus on the four most important and urgent human resource management modules,and clarify human resource management transformation plan: improving recruitment and personnel allocation standards and processes;rebuilding performance appraisal and incentive system;restructuring the training system;paying attention to salary management.Finally,we discuss the implementation steps and guarantees on the human resource management transformation of E company.The strategy of E company is to be the professional platform on human resource services in Yangtze River Delta.The transformation plan we suggest will help it achieve its strategy goals.
