Under the background of new curriculum reform,Hunan Province has formally implement the college entrance examination reform in 2020.This move is intended to give students full freedom,which is beneficial for students and to cultivate independent people.Therefore,it is particularly important to highlight the main body status of students in teaching,with which more targeted teaching can be conducted.Program heuristic teaching emphasizes that teachers should respect individual differences according to their existing abilities and learning status.On the other hand,one teacher-to-one student teaching model can tailor the learning process for each student.Combining the advantages of these two models,a scientific and efficient "one-to-one" teaching model can be constructed,whose purpose is to to promote the overall development of students.The main contents are as follows:(1)Investigating and analyzing the status quo of "one-to-one" teaching and chemistry learning of high school students.This research introduces the practical application of program elicitation teaching method and the status quo of "one-to-one" teaching model through interviews with teachers.In addition,the questionnaire survey was used to understand the learning situation of students,which lays the foundation for follow-up teaching practice.(2)The construction of the "one-to-one" teaching model based on the program elicitation teaching method.According to the research conclusions,the teaching strategy is established,and its implementation process is standardized.Specifically,it puts forward the matters which should be noticed,and the corresponding actions in the three stages of before teaching,during teaching and after teaching.On this basis,a section of content is selected from each of the four high school chemistry textbooks for teaching design.(3)Exploring the effects of the "one-to-one" teaching model based on program heuristic teaching in the teaching practice.Teaching practice shows that,on the basic of the full understandings of students,the chemistry teaching of "one-to-one" teaching model is more targeted,vivid and effective.There are both knowledge and emotion between teachers and students,while the classroom atmosphere is more relaxed and harmonious.Hence,students have received full attention from teachers,and their interest in learning chemistry and academic levels have improved over the long term.At the same time,they have also developed better learning habits,which has played a good supplement to large-class teaching.
