Elementary science education is an important course that is currently receiving more attention.Since the Ministry of Education issued the "Compulsory Education Elementary Science Curriculum Standards" in 2017,it not only clarified that the elementary science curriculum needs to be set up reasonably from the first grade,but also needs to be clearly focused.Educational goals and directions,and then make great contributions to the development and growth of primary school students in science.From the perspective of the composition of elementary science courses,it involves multi-disciplinary knowledge and is closely related to geography,physics,chemistry and other courses.Education and teaching are relatively difficult,and it is difficult to achieve ideal teaching results.In the past research on science teaching in elementary schools,too much attention was paid to teaching methods,striving to adopt the most appropriate and reasonable teaching methods to guide primary school students to learn more scientific knowledge.There is insufficient attention to the development perspective of elementary school science teaching,and the connection between elementary school science teaching and junior high school related subject teaching is neglected,and the corresponding concept of cohesive teaching is ignored.Based on this,this research uses the curriculum standards as a reference,and on the basis of a detailed comparative analysis of the primary school science and junior high school geography curriculum standards,clarifies the relevance of the two in terms of content,and then compares the textbooks as the fundamental foothold.The connection points and methods between the two provide guidance for follow-up case studies.Based on the investigation of the current status of the connection between elementary school science and junior high school geography in Kunming City,this research uses relevant theories and data,combined with literature data,and selects typical cases to analyze the existing problems in Kunming,and seeks solutions that are in line with the actual situation in Kunming.,In order to promote the effective connection of elementary school science and junior high school geography.The research results show that there is a close connection between elementary school science teaching and junior high school geography teaching.This correlation is first manifested in curriculum standards and teaching materials.There are many intersections in these aspects,and the goals are relatively consistent,creating an ideal for cohesive teaching.condition.On this basis,this research specifically used questionnaire surveys and interviews to conduct empirical research on elementary science teachers,junior high school geography teachers and junior high school students in Kunming.The analysis found that there is indeed a close relationship between elementary school science learning and junior high school geography learning,but at this stage Primary school science teaching does not practice the cohesive teaching task well,and even many elementary science teachers and students do not have the corresponding cohesive concept,which has a greater impact on the corresponding education and teaching work,which needs to be optimized and perfected.Based on the corresponding problems and deficiencies,this research uses "Different Seasons" and "All kinds of weather" as examples to introduce how to connect and penetrate elementary science teaching,and provides a teaching case template,hoping to be useful for reference.At the same time,this research also pointed out that the future elementary school science teaching and junior high school geography teaching should pay attention to the effective connection work.It is necessary to start from the four levels of teaching authorities,schools,teachers and students,and ensure that the teaching authorities and schools can After providing sufficient and strong guarantee conditions for elementary school science education,we will actively link elementary science and junior high school geography teaching,build a cohesive teaching platform,encourage full communication between elementary school science teachers and junior high school geography teachers,and finally continue to optimize the elementary school science teaching model.On the basis of this,ensure that the convergence effect of the two is well guaranteed,and try to avoid possible serious constraints and obstacles.
