Primary school students have a strong physique and sound personality, which is the embodiment of the Chinese nation's ability to last forever. The most favorable period for the development of physical coordination is 6-10 years old. This age group is the key period for primary school students to develop their physical coordination skills.Primary school students' brains The nervous system develops faster than other times, and the development of physical coordination at this stage will also have a rapid improvement effect.Actively developing the physical coordination of primary school students will help cultivate primary school students' sense of movement and intelligence, emotional intelligence and other non-sports aspects. The ability of the students can lay a good foundation for the development of athletic ability and the mastery of skills after elementary school students. This research takes the influence of basketball and rhythmic body language on the physical coordination ability of primary school students as the research object.Using literature method, mathematical statistics, experimental method and other research methods,60 third-grade primary school students from Xingcheng Experimental Primary School in Changsha are selected and divided into three groups. There were 20 people in the basketball group, rhythm and body language group, and control group for a total of 10 weeks.Use SPSS21.0 to perform independent sample T test and paired sample T test on the obtained test data. The conclusions are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in physical coordination ability of each group before the experiment.(2)The balance ability, reaction ability, orientation ability, coherence ability, transformation ability, and spatial perception ability of the basketball group and rhythmic body language group before and after the experiment have been effectively improved.Hurdle drill performance and aiming and throwing performance improved slightly higher than rhythmic body language, and basketball rope skipping performance and touch stone crossing performance were slightly lower than rhythmic body language.(3)Compared with the control group after the experiment, the basketball group has a highly significant difference in transformation ability, and there are significant differences in balance ability, reaction ability, orientation ability, coherence ability(except skipping rope),and spatial perception ability.(4)Compared with the control group after the experiment, the rhythmic body language group has a highly significant difference in transformation ability,a significant difference in balance ability, orientation ability, and coherence ability,no significant difference in response ability, and no spatial perception ability Significant difference.
