| China’s Ministry of Education has conducted a survey on college students’ physique and health, and the results show that college students’ overall physical fitness level has declined.Relevant studies show that, especially female college students aged 18-22,physical and psychological are in a sensitive transition stage, leading to some female college students in the process of learning calisthenics have poor physical coordination, weak artistic expression, and then produce the lack of exercise enthusiasm, emotional anxiety and other problems.Rhythm refers to the movement expressed by the body in accordance with the rhythm after hearing the music.Rhythm teaching can help female college students to devote themselves to the learning of aerobics more quickly in a relaxed and pleasant state. Therefore, rhythmic movement as an efficient teaching form, can effectively improve the physical quality and exercise enthusiasm, but also provide a variety of new ideas for aerobics teaching. In this study, the body rhythm as the theoretical basis, with students as the main body,to design a suitable for calisthenics multi-level rhythm pattern, improve the female college students’ physical coordination, stimulate the interest in learning, improve the ability of calisthenics, establish a lifelong sports concept.Using the method of literature, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper studies and experiments on the integration of rhythmic teaching into aerobics class to improve the physical coordination of female college students. The physical coordination index, aerobics performance index and subjective feelings of female college students before and after rhythmic learning were tested. Before the experiment,a unified test was conducted on the experimental subjects, and there was no significant difference in the test results of the two groups of experimental subjects(P > 0.05),which met the prerequisite for the experiment. After the experiment, the two groups of subjects were tested again with unified coordination index test, aerobics test set, subjective feeling questionnaire survey. The data results show that:1.after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group, the objective indicators of body coordination in the eyes closed in place(P=0.001 < 0.05);Fast and slow rhythm reproduction(P=0.047 < 0.05);Reaction scale(P=0.079 < 0.05);Trotting backwards on rope ladder(P=0.028 < 0.05);Repeated sideslip for about 15 seconds(P=0.018 < 0.05);There were significant differences in the six indexes of tetragonal touch(P=0.004 < 0.05).2.After the experiment, the experimental group and the control group stood on one leg with eyes closed(P=0.632 > 0.05)in the objective indicators of body coordination; There was no significant difference between the two indexes in response time(P=2.201 > 0.05).3.After the experiment, the total score of the aerobics prescribed routine test in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Movement strength(P=0.039 < 0.05);Motion amplitude(P=0.009 < 0.05);Movement coordination(P=0.025 < 0.05)had a significant difference, movement accuracy(P=0.055 > 0.05),movement proficiency(P=0.055 > 0.05),no significant difference.Among the indexes related to art, graceful movement(P=0.040 < 0.05);Movement performance(P=0.049 <0.05),music fit(P=0.045 < 0.05),overall technical impression arrangement(P=0.045 < 0.05),all had significant differences.4.After the experiment,57.14% of the students in the experimental group believed that rhythmic teaching had a very important significance in improving coordination,47.58% of the students believed that rhythmic teaching had a positive effect on improving physical coordination, and students’ self-confidence in learning aerobics was significantly improved,P=0.002 < 0.05.Research conclusion:(1)Integrating rhythmic teaching into aerobics class can improve the physical coordination of female college students. It is mainly reflected in dynamic balance ability, rhythm ability, spatial orientation ability and upper and lower limb coordination ability.(2)Rhythmic teaching has a positive impact on female college students’ subjective consciousness of learning aerobics, and has a good teaching effect.(3)Integrating rhythmic teaching into aerobics class can improve the performance of female college students in aerobics, which is mainly reflected in the aspect of artistic expression. |
