Classroom in modern education is usually associated with "classroom teaching" or "class".In the 17 th century,Czech educator J.A.Comenius demonstrated the rationality of the existence of class teaching system from the aspects of theory and practice.Classroom teaching has gradually developed into the basic teaching organization form all over the world.At the same time,teachers who adopt the class teaching system find that classroom management has become one of the most concerned and thorny problems.How to carry out effective classroom management,what management methods teachers adopt in the classroom and so on have become the decisive factors of whether the classroom can be full of vitality and one of the important factors affecting students' development.The basic course of mathematics has been valued by everyone since the primary school stage,but for the students in the lower stage of primary school,they have their own very obvious characteristics: lively,active and noisy,with rich imagination and curiosity unmatched by adults.Their attention can only last for about 10-15 minutes.They are easy to be tired and scattered after long-term learning,Self discipline awareness is still relatively weak,love to express themselves but not good at listening,etc.In fact,it is difficult to teach low-level students compared with middle-level and high-level students,while mathematics class is relatively abstract and boring,which increases the difficulty compared with other classes.Many young mathematics teachers who have just joined the work do not do well in classroom management,resulting in low class students' classroom efficiency is not high,and the expected goal of the classroom can not be achieved.Therefore,how to improve classroom management to make students learn more active,easier,more interesting and more efficient is a problem that our front-line teachers have been exploring for a long time.This study takes Leshan a primary school as a case,based on the research idea of "theoretical interpretation-current situation investigation-finding problems-analyzing reasons-putting forward countermeasures",starting from the historical background,and adopting various research methods such as literature analysis and investigation,studies the effectiveness of the management of the first and second year mathematics classroom in my school.This study investigates the current situation of low-level mathematics classroom management in primary school from the two aspects of teachers and students,discusses the effectiveness of low-level mathematics classroom management in primary school,and finds that teachers' professionalism,students' classroom routine,family education concept and school management level are the influencing factors.Finally,according to the research,by improving the quality of teachers and selecting appropriate teaching methods,Cultivating students' good learning habits,organizing relevant training and paying attention to family education and guidance can improve the effect of mathematics classroom management in the lower stage of primary school.
