Classroom,teaching and management of the three has a close relationship.In modern education nowadays,pupils spend most of their time in the classroom.So the classroom management has become the topic of school and the teachers.Thus the quality of classroom management is powerfully concern with pupils in the development of the children's body and mind.The classroom management is moving from obey characteristics of traditional management to people-oriented,student development for the purpose of effective management.The rural school lower grade Mathematics mathematics classroom management as well.However,we can easily find that there are many problems existed in rural primary school of China: the traditional management concept and teachers focus on centralized control and management;teaching method is simple;pay no attention to the improvements of classroom environment;teachers cannot control the existing problems on large class management in low grades.It can impede the implementation of the new curriculum reform.This phenomenon has seriously affected the result of education.Therefore,to enhance teachers' classroom management skills become imminent.Based on this,to carry out this study also has a strong practical significance.In this paper,taking Guogongying Primary School as an example,by using the methods of literature study,interview method,observation method and so on,explore the current situation and the countermeasures of rural primary school lower grade classroom management.Chapter I: Proposed the topic: Study on the current situation and the countermeasures of rural primary school lower grade classroom management.Expounded the origin,value and significance of the study.Introduce the basic idea of the research and research methods.Research on related classroom management of China and abroad.Chapter?: Survey: Taking the current situation and the countermeasures of rural primary school lower grade classroom management about Guogongying primary school as an example.Try to understand the basic situation and find out the problems on the basis of the analysis of observation and interview.Chapter?:Countermeasures: Corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the problems: Changes in management philosophy.Establish goals for management.Pay attention to the classroom environment design.To establish and maintain good order in the classroom.Based on education,improving teaching level.Chapter ?: Conclusion: Based on the literature review,and basic countermeasures,summarizes the effectiveness.Summarize the basic conclusions and the findings.
