The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that it is the fundamental task of education to cultivate people with virtue,intelligence,Physique and beauty,and to train socialist builders and successors with all-round development.This not only points out the direction of education for our teachers,but also promotes the subtle changes in the teaching methods of the first-line education.We should study the intrinsic motivation of students and try to stimulate the motivation fully.Learning is active rather than passive.It is undoubtedly the best way to master the mathematics learning motivation of the high school students in my area and stimulate them fully.After a lot of scholars found that high school students affect the motivation of mathematics learning many factors,covering all aspects,both their own,family factors,but also social factors.On the basis of previous studies,I used the questionnaire survey method to analyze the questionnaire of some senior high school students from the Second Secondary School in Guyuan and the two senior high schools in Pengyang County,taking into account the current situation of the city.In order to fully motivate students to learn mathematics,I conducted a part-time interview with the students who adopted the strategy.The conclusions are as follows: There is no relationship between the academic qualifications of parents,the area of family(such as county town,country),the score of high school entrance examination and the learning motivation of high school students,but there is a relationship between students' gender,grade and the learning motivation of high school students.The measures taken to promote high school students' mathematics learning motivation include: Success or failure attribution training,strengthening mathematics learning motivation,evaluation,competition and transfer of learning motivation.Combined with the actual situation in Pengyang County,this paper puts forward that(1)the creation of problem situations is the best way to improve students'interest in mathematics learning and arouse their enthusiasm in mathematics teaching,good problem situations can arouse students'strong interest in mathematics.(2)the importance of a teacher in charge of a class in mathematics learning motivation.A teacher in charge of a class is the backbone of the whole class.The teacher in charge of a class should be aware of the important role of mathematics learning motivation in high school mathematics learning,in this way,the afternoon session can be used to carry out the exchange of mathematical learning methods and other measures conducive to improving the motivation of mathematical learning.(3)to carry out teaching and research activities in a down-to-earth manner.Teaching and research activities are discussions on mathematics classes or courses,which are more conducive to the growth of teachers and a better class.(4)add a new evaluation in addition to the performance evaluation,although the scores in front of everyone is equal,but as a teacher can not only score on the evaluation of students,for relatively poor students,the immediate achievement of a goal is,should be encouraged.This can enhance students'confidence in learning mathematics,such evaluation can not only let students get high marks,but also can let students fall in love with learning mathematics,and improve their motivation to learn mathematics.(5)the adoption of an efficient mathematical teaching model,through group communication and inquiry teaching,can not only help students develop good habits of mathematical study,but also enable students to participate in mathematical learning activities and experience success,this is conducive to students'sense of self-efficacy,enthusiasm for mathematics learning,learning methods to improve.Finally,according to the present situation of our county,we can make full use of the opportunity of the parents' meeting,strengthen the communication between home and school,and create favorable conditions from both home and school to promote the mathematics learning motivation of high school students.For the students or classes who take promotion measures,through the control study and interviews,we find that the strategies proposed in the study can effectively improve the mathematics learning motivation of senior high school students.
