In July 2021,the Office of the CPC Central Committee and the Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Location of Students' Workload and Off-Certifications in Compulsory Education",Then,in the national compulsory education school to implement the "5+2" after-class service model.Delayed after-class service,the service is an important measure to implement the "Double Ministries" Work Decision Deployment.It can not only effectively reduce the serious schoolwork pressure of primary and middle school students and the socioeconomic pressure of their parents,and meet the diversified educational needs of students,but also the inevitable requirement of implementing "education for the people".However,due to the delayed after-class service is still in the initial exploration phase,it is necessary to study the current status of the current primary school post-class service to learn to understand the problems in the implementation to further optimize and improve the work of delayed after-class service.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 870 students' parents and 126 teachers from the city T,and interviewed 33 persons in charge of delayed after-class service,students' parents,teachers and students.Investigate the cognition and participation of each subject in the delayed after-class service,the implementation of the delayed after-class service,the difficulties and expectations of the delayed after-class service subject,and the evaluation of the effect of the delayed after-class service,The survey results show that the delayed after-class service in primary schools can indeed alleviate the pick-up and transfer problems of some parents,but there are also some problems to be solved in the implementation process,which are mainly reflected in: there are inconsistencies in parents' value cognition and participation behavior of delayed after-class service;The content and form of delayed after-class service are relatively single,and there is a lack of effective cooperation with out of school educational resources;Teachers' subjective willingness to participate is low,and their support for the development of delayed after-class services is not high;Insufficient funds for delayed after-class service activities,etc.On this basis,this study puts forward optimization countermeasures from the aspects of unifying teachers' ideological understanding,strengthening cooperation with out of school educational resources,strengthening financial support,protecting teachers' rights and interests,implementing the "flexible commute system" and home school collaborative education,hoping to further improve the after-class service quality of primary schools,Promote the development of delayed after-class service in primary schools towards high quality,sustainability and standardization.
