| In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Reducing the Burden of Students’ Homework and Off-school Training in Compulsory Education,which clearly stipulates that the after-school service of schools should be continuously optimized.As a key link in after-school service,after-school sports service plays an important role in cultivating students’ interest in sports,enhancing students’ physical health,and realizing the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people".However,in view of the fact that the after-school sports service in schools is still in the preliminary trial stage,the implementation difficulty of schools in different regions is different.Therefore,this study takes the current situation of after-school sports services in Shijiazhuang primary schools under the background of the "double reduction" policy as the research object.Through the use of literature,questionnaire,interview,field survey,and mathematical statistics,it conducts in-depth investigation of relevant school leaders,teachers,students,and parents,excavates the problems in the implementation process,and puts forward targeted solutions,It aims to promote the after-school sports service of Shijiazhuang primary school to a high-quality development path.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.After school physical service development in 18 primary schools surveyed in Shijiazhuang city is good,but the quality of carrying out is still to be improved.The districts are mainly conducted in the form of Sports Societies,with a large variety of featured projects that basically meet the needs of diversified students’ development;Funding for activities is mainly government financial subsidies,students can participate at a frequency of up to 5 times per week,the length of each service can basically reach 2 hours,in line with the " 5 + 2 " education model requirements.2.Currently,after-school physical service teachers in Primary School of Shijiazhuang city tend to be younger overall,the teaching process and the concept of quality education are more consistent,but there are generally practical problems such as faculty shortage.3.Due to the differences in emphasis and soft power among school leaders,the level of development in various districts of Shijiazhuang city varies,with the characteristics of the affiliated primary school projects in Qiaoxi district,high tech zone,and Yuhua district being more distinct;The funding preparation channels for affiliated primary schools in Chang’an district are relatively rich,while there is still significant room for improvement in the quality of some affiliated primary schools in Xinhua district and Luquan district.4.Background of " double reduction " policy the initiation of after-school physical service in primary school in Shijiazhuang city is well liked by students and parents,and the feedback of evaluation is productive,but the equity protection about teachers needs to be effectively implemented.According to the findings,combined with the advanced experiences at home and abroad,the following development countermeasures are proposed:(1)sound policy and regulations,improve the institutional security(2)make reasonable use of field equipment,and multi-channel development resources(3)strengthen safety and security,ensure the safety of students’ movement(4)broaden the funding channels,and meet the needs of diversification(5)improve the motivation mechanism and improve the sense of teachers’ work well-being(6)coordinately integrate faculty and strictly control the quality of Teachers. |
