| With the continuous development of China’s economy and the steady improvement of social construction,people’s demands for the quality of education are also increasing day by day.In the context of the reform of basic education and the implementation of the policy of reducing students’ burden during the compulsory education stage in China,the implementation of the "double reduction" policy has effectively solved problems such as the heavy economic burden on families in extracurricular education and training,conflicts between parents’ succession time,and a large amount of homework for students.At the same time,it has increased the demand for after-school sports services.As an important component of school education,after-school physical education services shoulder the responsibility of enhancing students’ physical health and cultivating their interest in sports.However,in the specific implementation,there are still problems such as a single form and content of activities,imbalanced teaching resources,incomplete service operation guarantee mechanisms,inadequate teaching implementation by teachers,and insufficient teaching enthusiasm.This paper adopts research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,and on-site investigation.Eight primary schools in Xi’an are selected as the research objects,and a questionnaire survey is conducted on some after-school physical education service teachers,students,and parents.By analyzing the basic development,demand,teaching,and evaluation of after-school physical education services in primary schools in Xi’an under the "double reduction" policy,problems are identified and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:(1)The basic situation of after-school sports services in primary schools in Xi’an: The overall situation of after-school sports services is good,the school actively responds to policies,and students have a strong willingness to participate.The number of students registering is large,and the class capacity is limited.The teacher-student ratio in the classroom is close to 1:26,far exceeding the maximum ratio set by the General Administration of Sport.The teaching mode is mainly based on the internal package of physical education teachers on campus.The special matching rate is not high,and teachers tend to be younger and have higher educational qualifications.The service delivery time is concentrated and fixed,and sports projects are mainly focused on track and field and ball games,with fewer characteristic activity projects.(2)The demand for after-school sports services in primary schools in Xi’an: The simultaneous opening of classes in various classes has resulted in insufficient use of some school facilities and equipment.Teachers and parents have a high demand for venue equipment and safety protection,and students’ motivation to participate is mainly manifested in enhancing their physical fitness and releasing learning pressure.(3)Situation of after-school physical education service teaching in primary schools in Xi’an: Teachers’ teaching objectives are mainly to develop students’ interests and hobbies in sports.Teaching plans have a high degree of independent design,and the specific implementation of teaching is highly arbitrary.The load intensity is mainly medium,and the difficulty of teaching content is moderate.The main way for teachers to improve their teaching ability is through practical teaching.(4)Evaluation of after-school physical education in primary schools in Xi’an: Most teachers are satisfied with the evaluation of teaching effectiveness and students’ learning effectiveness,and the evaluation of learning effectiveness is mainly based on students’ learning attitude and mastery of knowledge and skills.Students have high satisfaction with the teaching methods of teachers.Parents are highly satisfied with the service fees for implementing after-school sports services,but their satisfaction with teaching effectiveness is average.This article proposes the following countermeasures for the current situation of after-school physical education services in primary schools in Xi’an:(1)enrich teaching content and persist in tapping potential and innovation.(2)Careful selection,precise implementation,quality first,and overall integration of various resources.(3)Improve regulatory mechanisms and organizational guarantee systems.(4)Strengthening Teaching Quality and Improving Teaching Motivation Mechanism... |
