Purpose:This study aims at improving the quality of after-school service in the policy of“Double-reduction”,through investigating and comparing the existing after-school service modes of physical education,finds out the existing problems and advantages of various modes at present,to explore the "N 1 + 1" model of after-class service in primary school physical education,and to implement and verify it in their schools,and to put forward specific suggestions for the implementation effect,so as to promote the better development of after-class service in primary school physical education,to improve the effectiveness of after-school physical education services and scientific,better promote the healthy growth of students.Methodology:Using the methods of Literature Review,interview,questionnaire,Case Study,reasoning and statistics,this paper studies the development of after-school sports service in Xuzhou and the operation of the “N 1 + 1” model of after-school sports service in primary schools,to explore the mode of sports after-school service.Results:After studying 16 urban primary schools in Xuzhou City,it was found that:(1)all 16 urban primary schools carried out physical education after-school services,of which the most schools carried out physical education after-school services with 40 minutes,and 13 schools carried out physical education after-school services once a week,of which 11 schools had physical education after-school service instructors who were their own school teachers,4 schools were organized and carried out by on-campus teachers and off-campus instructors,and 1 school was all organized and carried out by off-campus teachers;(2)Male more than female instructors,most of the instructors are 21-30 years old,the number of instructors within 5 years of teaching age is the largest,75% of the instructors are bachelor’s degree;(3)13 schools are funded by special government funds,and 3 schools are funded by government grants combined with additional fees for students;(4)Students who participate in physical education after-school services have different purposes,and the satisfaction of boys is higher than that of girls.Conclusion:(1)There are three types of after-school service models of physical education in urban primary schools in Xuzhou City: school-led,out-of-school club-led,and staggered integration;(2)At present,there is insufficient policy guarantee for the after-school service of physical education in primary schools in urban areas of Xuzhou City;lack of teachers;poor quality of service;The problem of increased security risks;(3)After the operation of the "N1+1" primary school physical education after-school service model of Zhongshan Outer Chinese Experimental School,the school,students and parents had high satisfaction,and the satisfaction of students and parents exceeded 80%;School teachers and leaders are 100% satisfied,and two-thirds of teachers outside the school are satisfied.After the operation of the "N1+1" primary school physical education after-school service model,students have improved their skills and enthusiasm for exercise;(4)the “N 1 + 1”model of after-school physical education service in primary schools still has imperfect solutions in class size,student differences,parental support,family guidance,activity space,other teachers’ attention and allocation of funds,it still needs to be explored.
