Research On The Internal Quality Assurance System Of Football In Xi'an Primary And Second Schools

China is a big sports country,but we have to admit that there is a huge gap in the level of Chinese football compared with developed countries.The youth is strong,the country is strong.To narrow the gap with the level of football in developed countries,we must pay attention to the development of youth football.Youth training is particularly important.Campus football is an important cornerstone of the development of youth training and has been pushed to the forefront of reforms.Since2009,through measures such as governance and rectification and the development of campus football focusing on combating counterfeit gambling,the football career trend has been improving.The National Bureau of Physical Education and the Ministry of Education jointly established the National Youth Campus Football Leading Group and formulated corresponding implementation plans.Campus football has been continuously carried out in major colleges and universities across the country.As one of the national youth campus football reform pilot zones in Xi'an,the development of campus football is constantly improving,and the various tasks of campus football are progressing smoothly,achieving leapfrog development.While campus football is in full swing,some problems are constantly exposed,and reform and innovation are urgently needed.The "National Youth Campus Football Development Report" pointed out that while campus football is gradually deepening,problems such as backward concepts,lack of venues,insufficient teachers,shortage of funds,disordered competitions,and poor access to talents have appeared.As the Director of the Ministry of Education Wang Dengfeng said: "The development of campus football lies not only in the increase in quantity,but also in the improvement of quality." The development of campus football in elementary and middle schools in Xi'an has entered a stage of quality improvement from the popularization of numbers.It also puts forward new requirements for the development of campus football in elementary and middle schools in Xi'an.How to effectively ensure the quality of campus football in elementary and middle schools in Xi'an becomes a management Social and school concerns.This research starts from the actual situation of campus football development and fully integrates the campus football reform to build an internal quality assurance system index system for campus football in elementary and middle schools in Xi'an,so that the evaluation index can be transformed from qualitative to quantitative.This paper takes the internal quality assurance system index system of school football in Xi'an primary and secondary schools as the research object,adopts literature data method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,logical analysis method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.According to the theoretical basis-evaluation index preliminary selection-The order of evaluation index selection,the construction of the internal quality assurance evaluation index system of school football in Xi'an elementary and middle schools,and then the use of AHP analytic method to determine the weight of each index,so that the index system standard is transformed from qualitative to quantitative evaluation.The results of the study are as follows:1.Established an indicator system for the internal quality assurance system of school football in elementary and middle schools in Xi'an under the background of the campus football reform.The indicator system consists of 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators.Including football performance,campus football training and physical development status,student participation in campus football behavior,campus football evaluation and supervision,and moral quality;secondary indicators include football cognition,football tactics,and the basic principles and methods of physical development,The formulation of campus football training plans and other 14 items,the three-level indicators include48 items such as the understanding of the brief history of football development and the flexible use of the football tactics learned in the game.2.After the completion of the construction of the internal quality assurance system index system for campus football in elementary and middle schools in Xi'an,the AHP analytic method was used to calculate the weight of each index and the comprehensive weight.First,the weight of each indicator in the first-level indicators is obtained: the weight of football ability is 0.400,the weight of campus football training and physical development is 0.196,the weight of student participation in campus football behavior is 0.217,and the weight of campus football evaluation and supervision It is 0.129,and the weight of moral quality is 0.070;then calculate the weight of each index of the corresponding second-level index under each first-level index,and finally get the weight of each index and the comprehensive weight of the third-level index.3.The indicator system of the internal quality assurance system of campus football in Xi'an primary and secondary schools constructed by this research institute includes five aspects: football athletic ability,campus football training and physical development status,student participation in campus football behavior,campus football evaluation and supervision,and moral quality.Dimension is the core.Through the calculation of index weights and scores at all levels,the establishment of the evaluation standard of the internal quality assurance system of school football in Xi'an primary and secondary schools.According to the evaluation standard,the development of school football in Xi'an primary and secondary schools is pointed out,and suggestions are made.The comprehensiveness,diversification and multi-levelness of the evaluation indicators of the internal quality assurance system of school football in Xi'an primary and secondary schools are discussed.
