A Study On The Construction Of The Postgraduate Education Internal Quality Assurance System In Research University

This paper focuses on the construction of the Postgraduate Education Internal Quality Assurance System in Research University. Nowadays there is an increasing emphasis on education, and higher education is drawing more and more attention around the world. In China, the downward moving of Graduate Management is a trend, building internal quality assurance system of graduate education has become the main subject of current work. Along with then expansion of postgraduate student enrollment and the promotion of postgraduate education reform, how to implement postgraduate education quality checks at this new starting point in our postgraduate education reform? What kind of quality and ability should innovative talents have? What should we focus on in order to build a perfect graduate education quality assurance system? All above questions are problems we need to solve in future. Ensuring the quality of graduate education is not just part of the quality management process, it in fact plays important roles in the entire process and involves all aspects of process management.This paper firstly describes the concept of Graduate Education Quality, Quality Assurance System and Internal Quality Assurance System. Secondly, it analyzed the Graduate Education Internal Quality Assurance System of Peking University, Tsinghua University and University of Science and Technology of China. Thirdly, it analyzed the existing problems of Graduate Education Quality Assurance System in Research University. Finally, based on the useful experience of the three universities in Graduate Education Internal Quality Assurance System, it explores the laws of outstanding graduate training, and put forward measures of constructing an Graduate Education Internal Quality Assurance System in Research University.
