| Since the implementation of compulsory education "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards" in 2011,it has pointed out the direction for school physical education,but also the direction of the development of campus basketball,has played an important role in promoting,but in the face of new goals,but also produced new problems.With the progress of the society,people's cognition of sports is getting higher and higher,and their enthusiasm for basketball is getting higher and higher.Basketball is a comprehensive sports project,which has strong physical quality exercise,comprehensive interest and educational purpose.Basketball has strong representativeness and competition in competitive sports.Especially in the rural primary and secondary school sports activities,basketball has a very important position in the rural primary and secondary school physical education curriculum has a vital influence,basketball class in the school physical education in a large proportion,has become one of the indispensable courses in the primary and secondary school physical education.The vigorously carried out campus basketball is conducive to the development of students' intelligence and physical fitness,plus the advantages of simple project rules and easy construction of infrastructure equipment,and gradually become one of the most popular sports in the youth group.In addition,the characteristics of campus basketball meet the basic characteristics of youth physical education,intellectual education and physical education of youth is of great significance.Therefore,in recent years,our country in the entrance sports examination project and the campus physical education curriculum to join the campus basketball game.Campus basketball has a far-reaching impact on the assessment of youth's physical quality and the construction of basic physical education,and has gradually become a representative course in physical education in China.Based on this,this paper USES the method of literature,investigation and logical analysis etc,zhenba county in shaanxi province rural elementary school campus basketball activities,carried on the thorough investigation and analysis of the current situation of mining and refining the problems existing in the campus of basketball sports,and puts forward the effective strategies,to organize rural elementary school campus basketball activity provides the beneficial reference.This study mainly takes 13 rural primary schools in Zhenba County,Shaanxi Province as the research object,and analyzes and investigates the current situation of the development of basketball in rural primary schools in Zhenba County,Shaanxi Province.The results are as follows: The vigorously carried out campus basketball is conducive to structure of P.E.teachers which support the development of basketball in rural primary schools in Zhenba County of Shaanxi Province is generally reasonable.The team is young and energetic.However,there is an imbalance between male and female PE teachers.In addition,there is no concern for the different needs of primary school students and the degree of female students' participation in basketball events.(2)Rural primary schools in zhenba county,Shaanxi Province are short of basketball construction sites and infrastructure equipment,and the basketball infrastructure resources in schools are not fully utilized,thus the related needs cannot be met.(3)The administrators of rural primary schools in zhenba county,Shaanxi Province are not fully aware of the importance of basketball,pay less attention to it,and lack awareness and spirit of educational reform.Therefore,in view of the existing shortcomings,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Zhenba County Education Bureau should include basketball in rural primary school planning.(2)Increase funding to ensure the quantity and quality of primary school basketball equipment and facilities.(3)Strengthen teachers,organize basketball teacher training and assessment regularly.(4)Increase the proportion of basketball class hours to ensure the normal development of basketball.(5)Increase the number of basketball competitions and attach importance to the development of extracurricular basketball activities.Change competition rules,form local characteristics and enhance interest(6)Strengthen the construction of basketball culture and establish characteristic campus basketball culture. |
