With the gradual development of PISA reading in China,in order to conform to its development trend.We are not unfamiliar with the concept of "discontinuous text".Generally speaking,the Chinese discontinuous text is opposed to the continuous text.It can be used to explain something and is a reading material including pictures and texts.These pictures and texts,such as the use instructions for certain articles,bus stop signs,urban planning plans,pictures and texts,tables,etc.However,in the teaching of reading discontinuous texts,teachers and students have not paid enough attention to it.Most of the students tested have not been able to better understand or even understand discontinuous texts,and they do not have a good grasp of the reading methods of discontinuous texts.With the rapid development of the times,all kinds of network texts are spread all over the world,and all kinds of texts are showing the trend of diversification.Diversification,structuralization and living are the main characteristics of these information.To a great extent,it requires students to have good reading ability and master certain reading methods in order to extract and integrate the mixed text information effectively.Information.Therefore,in today's Chinese reading teaching,students are required not only to have a strong understanding ability,a higher appreciation and appreciation ability and a certain aesthetic perception ability,but also to have the corresponding ability of analysis and evaluation and reflection.It is not enough to have such abilities alone.We also require students to be able to closely link reading with life,emphasizing that they should make full use of reading abilities in life practice,so that students can better grasp all kinds of knowledge and skills adapted to life.Therefore,through the statistics and analysis of various types of discontinuous texts in the compulsory textbooks of senior high school Chinese,the author makes statistics and analysis of the reading situation of discontinuous texts in the national college entrance examination in recent five years,and then analyses the teaching status of discontinuous texts in senior high school Chinese.Based on this,the author writes out the teaching design and puts forward relevant teaching strategies:Understand--explain--use of three steps,split--combination of successively,signifier--point to judge clearly,text and text combination and then association,with the text to assist.
