| With the development of elementary education,many problems need to be improved.The teachers need to update teaching beliefs and change teaching methods in classes to adjust to the belief of improving all-round education.Our school holds that belief that we aim to cultivate a good student who is healthy and excellent in study and characters.To solve the factual teaching problems,the teachers try to learn the belief of “healthy growth” that proposed by Doctor Li Tiean.Our school tries to build up a platform for mutual learning,and invites professionals to guide teachers to teach with a combination of factual teaching experience and new teaching belief.“High-qualified classes” manifest “students-oriented” classes which are natural and flexible.They combine the cultural values of the classes,the subjective functions of students and the guiding roles of teachers to develop every student’s healthy growth.Considering the actual teaching of our school,our school raises the belief to help students develop more efficiently and comprehensively.“self-study” indicates student-centered classes.There are four procedures of the classes(problem-driven,situation-setting,cooperation,innovation).Comprehension emphasizes that teaching should cultivate students’ comprehensive ability of knowledge,methods,ability and thinking.The development of knowledge includes simple subject knowledge,interdisciplinary knowledge and living experience.Methods means that students construct knowledge by themselves and accept the knowledge critically.The development of ability includes not only solving subject problems but also putting the knowledge into practice.The development of thinking ability means the change from specific thinking to abstract thinking.Sustainability the efficiency and cultivating life ling learning ability.We need to stimulate the interest to form learning quality and then to form the key competence.The article is mainly about how to put “high-qualified classes” into junior high physics.The teachers use the“four procedures” to guide their teaching,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of students.To begin with,the authors gives definitions of “high-qualified classes”,and then explains the “four procedures”combined with teaching cases.In order to explain the design of high-qualified classes,the author lists two teaching cases,and reflects on them.The article makes use of the teaching experiment method,documentary method,questionnaire and interviewing.The author carries out the teaching method in eighth grade and ninth grade for a semester at the same time.First,compare the grades of two classes of the same level;second,evaluate the result combined with students’ questionnaires;third,the author tries to explore the method by preparing the lessons,giving lessons,discussing the lessons and reflecting,and to analyze and give suggestions for “high-qualified classes”.From the analysis of the “high-qualified classes” in junior high physics teaching,different from the traditional spoon-feeding method,it is student-centered teaching method.Students’ engagement in classes can stimulate their learning interest.Group work,collaboration and inquiry,and expanding can also help to develop students’ grades.Pre-learning,situation setting,asking questions,reporting can improve students’ learning ability,thinking capacity,communicative ability,and so on.They can also lay the foundation for life learning.We also find out some limits of high-qualified classes which can provide helpful elements for the teaching later. |
