Study On Implementation Strategy Of Small Basketball Plan In Xi'an Primary School

In order to implement my country's "Healthy China 2030" planning outline,promote the development of youth sports activities and the cultivation of sports interests,basketball,which is popular among students,has become one of the important contents of physical education.Among them,small basketball is one of the important areas of sports reform and development,because the continuity of basketball development in each country depends on the development trend of youth basketball,and the foundation of national basketball development is also closely related to youth basketball.In addition to the small basketball development plan promulgated by the Chinese Basketball Association in 2017 and the launching ceremony of the small basketball league held at the same time,the "Little Basketball Rules" were also released,which provided better motivation for the development of small basketballs and children participated in basketball.The needs of basketball players have been further met,the physical and mental health of children and teenagers have been better protected,and at the same time,the foundation for the selection of basketball reserve talents in my country has been consolidated.Basketball,as one of the sports activities that elementary school students in Xi'an like to participate in,is particularly important in elementary school physical education and is also one of the sports methods to promote students' overall development of a healthy physique.However,the development status of primary school basketball in my country still has some urgent problems that need to be resolved,such as the low level of student participation;most of the basketball courts for primary school physical education are set up for adults,which do not meet the physical and mental requirements of primary school students and the rules of small basketball.Requirements: The arrangement of primary school basketball courses is too few,and the teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching methods,evaluation system and other issues have been the key factors restricting the sound development of primary school basketball in our country.This article starts with the elementary school basketball in Xi'an and develops the elementary basketball at the basic stage.In order to improve the status quo of elementary school basketball and move towards internationalization more quickly,this article uses research methods such as literature survey,survey,interview and mathematical statistics.A general review and analysis of the research results of experts and scholars in the field of small basketball in my country and Xi'an has been conducted,and the main problems mentioned above have been drawn,and the corresponding review content has been sorted out.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The small basketball game has a broad mass base in Xi'an and is deeply liked by primary and middle school students,thus ensuring the smooth promotion and implementation of the small basketball plan.(2)The educational background,age,and professional title of primary school physical education teachers in Xi'an meet the needs of the school's basic physical education,and the proportions basically meet the standards.However,since the follow-up implementation of the Little Basketball Plan,various education departments and schools have unified the teaching materials for the little basketball,and the improvement and training of the special requirements of physical education teachers for the little basketball exercise have not been sufficient to supervise the teaching progress of the comprehensive development of the little basketball exercise in elementary schools.These have a series of influences on the design and teaching of small basketball courses.(3)The school leaders of Xi'an elementary schools do not pay much attention to the small basketball game.Secondly,the publicity of the small basketball game is single,which leads to its insufficient influence.(4)The school basketball team has an unbalanced ratio of boys and girls,and the overall awareness and organizational skills need to be strengthened.The proportion of basketball lessons in physical education classes is medium,and the extracurricular basketball activities lack the guidance of professional coaches.(5)After the "Little Basketball Rules" was promulgated,the basketball court facilities of some elementary schools in Xi'an City have not been adjusted in time,and the equipment and facilities of "small basketball,small backboard,and small court" suitable for elementary school students have not been installed.Most elementary schools can provide There is a sufficient number of small basketballs,and the existing basketball equipment in the school has some safety hazards and lacks safety guarantees.In view of the current situation and deficiencies in the development of primary school basketball in Xi'an,the following suggestions are made:(1)The investment in teaching needs to be increased,and the classroom facilities should be gradually improved.The education and sports departments strengthen the support and promotion of small basketball,and at the same time increase various reasonable capital inputs for the "small basketball".(2)School leaders attach importance to the development of small basketball.Firstly,clarify the physical education goals of different stages of primary school,formulate unified teaching materials,and also enrich the cultural promotion of small basketball.The rendering of the atmosphere can better assist the grassroots development of small basketball.(3)Improve the basketball incentive mechanism for student participation and formulate a reward and punishment system.After the establishment of a small basketball player rating system,it will better stimulate students' affirmation and recognition of the positive progress of the small basketball.(4)Strengthen the construction of basketball teachers,and carry out targeted training frequently.Carry out a lot of special teacher training for small basketball,pay attention to teachers' re-learning courses,and better improve the small basketball curriculum system.(5)Improve the small basketball competition system and create a reasonable league system.Improve the organization and construction of school basketball,regular training,regular assessment,systematic curriculum setting and competition mechanism,and gradually increase the awareness of participating.(6)The school takes the initiative to increase the importance of small basketball,thus enriching the form of extracurricular activities.In the physical education class,the proportion of basketball class should be appropriately increased,and the professional basketball teacher will guide the extracurricular basketball activities.(7)Improve the equipment and facilities of the small basketball courts in each school,standardize the equipment and use of the school's small basketball teaching facilities,strengthen risk management,and strengthen the prevention of safety issues while cultivating the basic basketball team.(8)Coordinate the complementarity of cultural classes and basketball activities,and arrange physical education in a reasonable manner.On the basis of mutual non-influence and mutual promotion,we will develop and progress together to better improve the reserve talent base for small basketball.(9)In accordance with the guiding ideology of the "Little Basketball Plan",in the implementation of physical education,according to the training concepts of different ages,different teaching plans are formulated,and students are taught in accordance with their aptitude,so that students can truly master the basic skills of small basketball.
