| Since 2017,the Ministry of Education has begun to implement the selection of national primary and secondary school basketball schools.At the same time,the Chinese Basketball Association has also promulgated a "small basketball plan" suitable for children 12 years of age and under.The "Little Basketball Project" not only promotes the physical and mental health of children,but also consolidates the foundation of my country’s basketball tower.In the dual environment of the development of "campus basketball" and the "small basketball plan",how to make more schools promote small basketball is worthy of further consideration.This article studies the development of school basketball in Jining City,Shandong Province,which can provide reference and reference for the development of school basketball in other regions.This research uses the expert interview method to analyze the value function of the elementary school’s development of small basketball,and combines the questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics to explore the influencing factors of the Jining primary school’s development of the small basketball exercise.At the same time,it uses the questionnaire survey method and the field survey method.Research methods such as the investigation and study of school students’ participation in small basketball,physical education teaching of small basketball,the development of extracurricular small basketball activities,and the construction of small basketball teams,as well as a case study of a special basketball school that develops better small basketball in Jining City.The research finally puts forward the development strategy of primary school basketball,and the corresponding conclusions are as follows:(1)The promotion of elementary school basketball to the small basketball movement has the educational value of developing students’ morality,aesthetic concepts,and collective consciousness;it has the fitness value of promoting students’ physical and mental health and lifelong exercise;it has the entertainment value of cultivating students’ interest in sports and participating in fun.The value is more conducive to the development of the core literacy of students’ sports disciplines.(2)The development of primary school basketball in Jining City is mainly affected by social environmental factors(social support for small basketball a=0.858),school environmental factors(the degree of importance of school leaders a=0.842),and family environmental factors(parents’ influence on sports The influence of the concept a=0.763)and personal factors(primary school students’ enthusiasm for a small basketball game a=0.903).(3)Jining elementary school students do not have a high level of awareness of small basketball,but the primary school students show a positive enthusiasm for small basketball with the goal of physical exercise;most of the above school basketball courts do not meet the specifications of small basketball,sports Teachers’ ability can basically meet the needs of small basketball development,but teachers have insufficient understanding of small basketball and participate in small basketball training less;curriculum development is insufficient and random,the teaching system is not perfect,and most schools carry out extracurricular small basketball activities Insufficient and single form;there are few small basketball teams in schools,and schools with basketball teams basically only focus on the construction of U12 teams and have fewer weekly training sessions.Most schools have high safety awareness and participate in fewer basketball games.Small basketball activities are funded.Most of the source channels rely on the school itself.(4)In the case study,Guanyinge Primary School has the advantages of small basketball development: a number of basketball honors lay the foundation for the development of small basketball;the construction of venues and equipment basically meets the standards,and the teachers are rich;use Xingzhi to educate the "Happy Basketball" teaching alliance base to improve Basketball teaching mode;the "Junior Basketball Dream" show and the national "Miao Miao Cup" U13 basketball competition won the awards of excellence and excellence to promote the school’s basketball brand;with physical education class basketball teaching and extracurricular basketball activities to enrich campus basketball activities.(5)Jining Primary School Basketball Promotion Strategy based on the "Little Basketball Plan" : Strengthen the publicity of small basketball and win the trust of parents and leaders;combine teachers with external coaches to develop a school-based curriculum for small basketball;optimize the teaching of small basketball System to improve students’ participation enthusiasm;strengthen the school-site coordinated development mechanism,innovate training and competition models;use the promotion of basketball characteristic schools to speed up the entry of small basketballs into the campus. |
