Research On The Development Model And Influencing Factors Of Campus Football In Xi'an Junior Middle School From The Perspective Of Stakeholder Theory

The national campus football work has been steadily promoted,and the development of campus football in Xi ' an Junior Middle School has also achieved certain results.However,the high-quality and sustainable development of campus football needs not only the support and management of the government,but also the participation in campus football stakeholders to inject impetus into the development of campus football.Different stakeholders have different interests and demands,and different factors that affect their interest realization.Adjust the conflicts and conflicts of interests to form joint forces,so that the campus football policy can maximize the interests of campus football related groups,which can effectively promote the benign development of campus football.Therefore,under the perspective of Xi ' an stakeholders,using literature,interviews,questionnaires and field investigation,define the stakeholders,stakeholders,development status,realization factors and the development model,and draw the following conclusions.1.In the process of campus football,the education department,the sports department,the principals,the parents and the students are the main stakeholders,and the football clubs,the media and the sponsors are the secondary stakeholders.2.The main interest of the education department are achievements and personal promotion;the main interest of the sports department is to cultivate youth football talents;the principal is to obtain the main interest of educational resources;the main interest of the parents is to improve the physical quality and enjoy the preferential policies of students;to get happiness,plus points,different stakeholders.3.The development of campus football in Xi ' an Junior Middle School has achieved certain results,the number of participants has gradually increased,and the district and municipal leagues have been successfully held,which has achieved good social response.However,the unbalanced distribution of interests leads to the absence of the "leader" role of the government,the ineffective implementation of the school main responsibility,the lack of initiative for parents to participate,and the lack of full play to the market function.4.The influencing factors affecting the realization of the interest demands of campus football stakeholders in Xi ' an Junior Middle School are the four factors:policy implementation factors,institutional guarantee factors,resource guarantee factors and cognitive atmosphere factors.5.The future theoretical framework of campus football development in Xi ' an Junior High School: First,define the development goals of campus football,define the multi-body participation in campus football,clarify their own responsibilities,rationalize the development mechanism of campus football,and establish the operation mechanism,including "government-led,school implementation,market allocation,social investment and parent support".
