Ideological and political education is a shared process,and the ideological and political education process is influenced by the application of big data and social development,which affects the dissemination of ideological concepts,political views and moral norms in ideological and political education.As it stands now,there is a lack of resources for teaching ideology and politics in high school,the development of ways and media for resource sharing is lagging behind,the awareness of resource sharing among all aspects of society is not high,and the rate of resource utilization is low.It is important and necessary to optimize the process of teaching ideology and politics in secondary schools in order to improve the utilization of educational resources and to implement the concept of sharing.In a survey of high schools,it was found that the use of resource sharing in the teaching process of Civics and Political Science has yet to be improved,resource sharing has yet to be integrated into the curriculum,the professionalism of teachers has yet to be improved,inter-school cooperation has yet to be strengthened,and the atmosphere of resource sharing has yet to be enhanced.The main reasons that limit the integration of resource sharing into high school Civics teaching are the lack of social support for the construction of resource sharing media,the Immaturity of the core team of secondary school ideological and political education regarding the use of resource-sharing ideas and methods,and lack of awareness of resource-sharing in ideological and political education among secondary school students.Therefore,it is necessary to create a good atmosphere for sharing resources for ideological and political teaching,strengthen the sharing of ideological and political learning resources in secondary schools,improve the skills of secondary school teachers in sharing ideological and political learning resources and strengthen secondary school students’ understanding of the sharing of ideological and political learning resources..Make resource sharing integrated into the required and optional high school Civics courses,and develop a school-based curriculum oriented to resource sharing.Deepen teacher training in high schools,focusing on teacher learning of resource sharing skills,in-school practical training work for teachers,and hiring off-campus sharing technology professionals.Strengthen the cooperation between high schools and the government,emphasizing teachers’ professional practical training and practical experience of high school students’ Civics knowledge.Enhance the atmosphere of sharing resources for teaching Civics on campus,sharing teaching methods among high school ideology and politics teachers,high school ideology and politics teachers consciously using resource sharing to enrich teaching content,clarifying ideology and politics teachers’ treatment of students’ awareness of non-discriminatory resource sharing to improve teaching philosophy,clarifying the evaluation goals and student needs of high school ideology and politics learning resources,stimulating high school students’ awareness of sharing learning resources,and enhancing high school students’ resource selection of self-restraint.
