| College students generally have sleep problems, and the problem has become more serious after the outbreak of the COVID-19.Research has found that sleep problems in university students can reduce self-efficacy,which manifests itself in academic self-efficacy.What impact will sleep quality have on academic self-efficacy?What is the mechanism? How to intervene the negative effects of poor sleep quality? This study consists of two parts, selecting college students as subjects to explore the impact of sleep quality on academic self-efficacy and its mechanism,as well as the role of digital cognitive behavior therapy(d CBT).In Study 1,768 valid questionnaires were obtained through online testing of college students,in order to investigate the impact and mechanism of college students’ sleep quality on academic self-efficacy.In Study 2,88 effective subjects were selected and were adopted3(Group: intervention group / publicity group / control group)× 2(time: pretest /posttest)mixed experimental design,in which the group is the between subject variable, the time is the within subject variable, and the dependent variables are Pittsburgh sleep quality index, flow, fatigue and academic self-efficacy.To further explore whether digital cognitive behavioral therapy(d CBT)can improve sleep quality and the negative effects of poor sleep quality. The results of the study are as follow:(1)The sleep quality of college students significantly negatively predicted academic self-efficacy,that is,the worse the sleep quality of college students, the lower the academic self-efficacy;(2)Fatigue and flow play a parallel mediating role between sleep quality and academic self-efficacy.Specifically,poor sleep quality was significantly positively associated with fatigue, which in turn reduces academic self-efficacy;In addition, poor sleep quality can also significantly negatively associated flow, which in turn reduce academic self-efficacy;(3)Three weeks short-term digital cognitive behavioral therapy can only improve sleep quality, reduce fatigue and increase flow. However,it can not change academic self-efficacy.This study confirms that poor sleep quality negatively impacts academic self-efficacy,reveals the mediating role of fatigue and flow.It provides new evidence for digital cognitive behavioral therapy to improve sleep quality. |
